    Terrible Experience

    We went in to look at a car we saw online. We found it and told them what space it was in. The salesman had us come inside to wait while they brought it up front. We waited and were then told the car had magically disappeared. It supposedly was not there anymore. Fang told us he wanted to show us something else. He brings us a 2017 basic expedition that I had already seen. When we looked at it I told him I did not like it and he immediately went to my husband. He told him this was my decision. He then proceeded to as me what was more important, price/payment or features. When I told him I would get both he proceeded to tell me I would be looking for a while. I told him that was fine. We then left and drove back to where the car was before to see it had magically reappeared.

    Bob the internet sales manager is a very funny guy... If you accidentally send him the wrong offer you'll get to see his creativity in full force.     Lots of Wasted Time & Confusion

    Contacted to see if car was available about a month ago. was told it was sold previous week. 2 wks ago it was still listed so I asked again. They finally told me it had sold after I got them to understand what vehicle I was asking about. Well, the car is still listed 5 weeks later, and is also listed at other dealerships. Who knows, but I wouldn't want to deal with them if it were available.
