  As soon as I pulled into Audi to look at some used Cadillacs, I was greeted by John Franco. He answered every question I had and even offered more info on top of my questions. We eventually moved from the Cadillacs to a Mercedes and an Audi. John took me out on an awsome test drive of all three, where I could test all road conditions my new car would encounter. I say my new car, because I ended up buying the Mercedes. John was with me every step of the way. They even found financing for me, and I am a loyal customer to my own credit union, thanks to Will, Erin, and Cassey. Great rate and a fantastic car. I couldn't ask for more. Beautiful facilities and the show room full of Audis and Porsches was impressive. I will be returning to deal with John and Audi for my next car purchase that is a guarantee. Thank you so much. See you soon. My son will be needed a car this summer!

  I initially went in looking at Jeeps for a friend, no intention on personally buying but Chris took his time and was very courteous explaining the differences, models, trim levels, covered it all. Two weeks later I was in the market for a new car as I was starting a new job. I text Chris that I wanted to look at a few Jeeps, he was headed out of town. I explained that I wanted to get it done before Monday, it was Friday at 4. He told me he would turn around and meet there. Again, another pleasant experience, wasn't pushed into something I couldn't afford or need. I now am a happy Grand Cherokee owner!

  Rob Coulter and O'Daniel Jeep dealership made leasing a Jeep a very pleasant experience for me. Rob was very knowledgeable on the jeep vehicles that after I test drove one i knew that was the vehicle for me. Rob did not pressure us into making a decision even when it was after hours. I will continue to lease and or buy my future vehicles from Rob and O'Daniel!

  Not a very happy customer right now

  Arrived at 10:00 for my oil change appointment and service rep, Dave, told me it would only be approximately 40 minutes. I informed him I would just wait in the lounge. 1 1/2 hours later (and after 3 people that came in after me were called), I inquired about my vehicle. "Oh sorry, nobody stamped your paperwork that you were WAITING." I wasted nearly two hours because someone didn't do his job. I am a long-standing customer of O'Daniel and have always had wonderful, conscientious service when Ron and Bud were there. I guess that's all gone now.
