    Jim was great to work with and was set on helping us find what was best for us. No pressure, just help and guidance. From the sales team to the financing, O'Daniel was top notch. Shoutout also to Will Douglas. He and Jim tag teamed wonderfully to get us a great deal.

    BEWARE!!!!!

    We bought a new RHD Jeep for use on a mail route. This was a new vehicle and we purchased the 100K mile extended warranty. At 12K miles the vehicle started having problems with the check engine light coming on It was taken to the service department at ODaniels numerous times and they could not find the problem. This has been on going now for 5 years. It is a lemon . The sales person ( Justin Harding) told us the $100 fee for the extended warranty would be waived if we brought it to ODaniel for the repair. We quickly found out this was not the case. We have spent $100 each time it was brought in and the problem has never been solved. Now, with this still being an issue we have learned his warranty did not start in August when we bought the vehicle but in May when the vehicle was first driven, before we even saw it. xxx?? We will NEVER buy from or recommend this dealer. They have lied to us repeatedly and have never been able to repair the vehicle. It overheats and won't start and the check engine light has been on most of the 5 years we have had it. Don't waste your time or money with this dealer. If I could give the customer service 0 stars that is what it would be.

    Just like most used car dealerships they're all about the bottom dollar and will lie and manipulate until they get it. Especially Andrea Laux. I would definitely recommend you steer clear of this place, and if you do purchase a vehicle from them to avoid the "warranty". Andrea will talk your ear off and claim it will cover absolutely everything, bumper to bumper but then the smallest thing (through not fault of your own) happens and it's not covered and the service department will not work with you. She's incredibly manipulating. Steer clear. The warranty is crap.

    I phoned this dealer in the early AM to inquire if a certain used car was still available. I spoke to Jim Baldwin. After waiting on hold for few minutes, Jim told me that he spoke to the used car manager and that the vehicle was available. Jim and I agreed on a time later that day when I could visit the dealership and test drive the vehicle. I was a 2.5 hour drive away from the dealer. I provided Jim with my name, cell phone number, and e-mail. Jim text me to advise that if I was going to be late to please let him know. I did text him to let him know we were going to be approximately 30 minutes late. Upon our arrival at the dealer, Jim told me that he was uncertain on which used car I inquired about. After I straightened out which specific car I wanted to see, he told me that the car was not at the dealer, but was offsite getting some minor body work done. He knew I was driving from a long distance to see a specific car. At 9:00 a.m., he verified the specific car was there. If the car was offsite, it would be common courtesy for him to at least text me or call me and advise that the test drive we set up could not go forward. Jim suggested more than once that he could show me another used car with a sticker price about $3,000.00 more than the vehicle in which I was interested. No thanks. I would love to believe that this was a simple mistake. However, I can't write this off that easily. At best, this was poor communication and poor listening. At worst, this was a bait and switch bush league sales tactic. I walked out of this dealer. I will never do business with this dealer. I have never written a negative review about anyone, but I wasted an entire day travelling for absolutely nothing. This could easily been avoided with a simple phone call or text. I am not happy about this potential transaction that went bust.

    The main reason for this negative review is the general manager Greg 0'Daniel. The customer service that he gave to me was really bad! I do NOT recommend this dealer!

    Totaled my recently paid off car and had to go thru the process of buying a new to me used car. I dreaded the process, but once I found the model car I wanted Pat was able to get me into the right vehicle for the right price with a very smooth process! Was relieved to have had fantastic service after dealing w my insurance company!

    Tried buying a used car from them, made a deal in writing with Darrin Bickel, then after I made a deposit he raised a price over a $1000 saying that he can't honor the previous agreed price... What a poor sales maners.

    Went to look at Audi A 8. After a quick test drive and I told them I was not interested they could not be less helpful. I told sales person what I was looking for and they did not write anything down or take any kind of notes. Did not really seem interested any more. They did call me after visiting asking when I could come back in to discuss how they could help me but at that point why would I fo back again. Should have tried to help me when I was there.

    Fake advertising or just horrible customer service

    I was ready to buy 2014 MB GL350 and signed the purchase agreement, but before I got an invoice to make the payment, Anwar told me that the vehicle is sold. I guess that was just a fake advertising to attract customers. I was absolutely disappointed. I also tried to contact Katie Loser, but no luck. The worst dealer I have ever had a deal with.
