    I came in to get service done on my vehicle. They did finish the service ahead of time. I call to let them know that I won’t be able to pick up my car before they close and ask the Scott to leave the key for my car at a location on the vehicle we discussed and lock my vehicle and I will pick it up after I get off work. He assured me that he will take care of it and when I arrived at the dealership my car was out front of the service center and the gate to the dealership property was lock and the key was for my vehicle was not where I was promise it would be. I was drop of at the dealership by some one from my work and had to call a friend to pick we up. I am Very frustrated and disappointed.

    Deceiving Pricing

    I was shopping for used Ford Escapes and found one listed on Cars.com from O'brien Toyota. The price was about $4000 below the KBB average price. I emailed to ask if it was still available. The salesman responded right away (at 10:00 pm on a Monday) and said it was. I asked why the price was so far below the KBB value, if it had been in accident and if it had a clean title. He said it was clean and that they price below the KBB values to be competitive. On Tuesday we emailed back and forth and I told him I'd be there on Saturday to look at it (I live about 1.5 hours away). On Thursday they raised the price $8,000. Then they told me they made a mistake. I specifically asked about the price from the beginning. So either they lied to me then, or when they raised the price $8,000. Obviously, I did not buy the vehicle after they raised the price. And, I won't buy a vehicle from them. I hate it when dealership/salesmen embody and perpetuate the stereotype of dishonest car salesmen.

    I recently bought a new 2020 Rav 4 and was extremely impressed with O’Brien and their associate Trevor. They gave me an excellent deal that I’d be foolish to walk away from. I had bought from other dealerships before (Ray Skillman) who were fine to work with, but the sales team always seemed to “bro-ie.” The group of folks at O’Brien we’re just friendly and down to earth and didn’t seem as if they had some kind of agenda just to make a sale. Nicely done!
