    We have experienced "low ball, high pressure" sales practices at other dealerships (both Genesis and other brands). None of that here. Fair asking price and fair trade-in price. Our sales representative, Jessica De Zayas, did an excellent job. If it were not for her we would not own this vehicle. We did have some followup questions for her for which we have yet to receive an answer but trust we will hear from her soon. Our internet provider had an email outage that day so perhaps our email went astray.

    Before my first review was posted, O’Brien auto park reached out to me and is reimbursing me for the battery that went bad. This is one reason that I said I would still recommend O’Brien. They have always treated me fairly and I should have reached out to them before that first posting. If looking for a new or used car, you will not be disappointed by going to O’Brien.

    Wonderful experience at Obrien Subaru

    Went to Obrien Subaru after speaking to Pamela in the internet sales dept. She helped with the car buying process by answering all questions and giving me the best deal after our discussion. We then met with Rhonda who completed the sale with total ease. The car we purchased was above our expectations, with more options than we expected. This is the first car dealer that we felt totally at ease with. No games, just straightforward and very nice and honest!

    TERRIBLE MAZDA 3 EXPERIENCE

    I would post this as a zero star review if Cars.com would let me. Two years ago I bought a Mazda 3 from O'Brien and I have had nothing but problems since. To begin, I have had to bring my car into the dealership over fifteen times in two years. (I have the service records in the Mazda app to prove that). I understand things happen to a car, but that is crazy. I have had my A/C stop working in just a year of use. When bringing this problem to the service department they told me to "bang on the motor box until it works". Then my front splash guard fell off. I got that fixed JUST TO HAVE IT FALL OFF AGAIN. When at the O'Brien service department I had a salesman have the audacity tell me that my car was a "lemon". Nine months into driving the car there was a major electrical problem. My car literally shut down in the middle of US-41. I am having now is one of the same problems I have had since I bought the car. The interior panel on the driver's side door has been falling off for over a year and a half now. I have been in the service department SEVEN TIMES to get this problem fixed and the panel keeps falling off. I was told by a manager with O'Brien that a screw or clip was bent or broken. My question to all of you is that if you car has an issue like a broken clip, wouldn't you want it fixed right away? Well that did not happen here! Through this experience I can tell you two different conclusions that I have come to. Not only has Mazda cars in general have gone down hill, but so has their parts and service departments.
