  What a great discovery!!

  I discovered this place while doing a search for used vehicles in the DFW area. It turned out to be the first and last dealership I visited to buy a used car for my nephew and his family. An absolutely great buying experience. All the cars we looked at were in immaculate condition. All lease turn-ins with low mileage and in like new condition. Had a hard time deciding, but thanks to Bill, our salesman, it was made so easy. No hassles, no pressure, just a pleasant buying experience altogether. This is where I'll go next time I need to buy a car.

  GREAT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE!

  My wife and I are new to the area and decided to use CARS.COM to help us narrow our search for a new vehicle. The website was very easy to use. It allowed us to change our search parameters, compare vehicles, and contact the dealer before we drove all the way across town. The ability to chat with an online representative from the dealership was very helpful for us. Once at the dealership, we were met with a friendly and professional staff. We went there looking at one particular vehicle but noticed that most cars on the lot were newer models with low mileage. This has been one of the easiest car buying experiences we have ever had. We will look at NOVAK MOTORS first next time we are looking for another vehicle.

  The best car buying experience Ive had yet

  We had been in the market for a new vehicle as we are expecting very soon and already have 2 kiddos so it was imperative to find something reliable for our growing family. We found a car that we liked on Cars.com and it connected us to David at Novak Motors. We had never been there nor had we heard of the place before but were impressed with the previous reviews from others and the overall performance of this vehicle. What a blessing! We were so impressed with the relaxed yet impeccable customer service and the very relaxed and inviting atmosphere we received from David and the others that we have not seen in other dealerships. He was honest and did everything he could to help us get into the vehicle of our choice within the budget we set for ourselves.

  Amazing Car Buying Experience

  My wife and I bought a beautiful Lexus RX350 this past Saturday from Novak Motors, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. After test driving the car, we needed to run a few errands before lunch, and told Ron our salesman that we'd need some time to think about the car. He tossed me the keys and said, "Take it and run your errands in it, then just bring it back when you're done... we close at 5 tonight!" There was NO pressure, NO cheap tricks and NO "let me talk to my manager" games that car dealers normally play. When we sat down to talk price, the dealership was extremely easy to work with, and got me an interest rate a full point under MY OWN CREDIT UNION, saving me hundreds of dollars over the life of the loan! From the time I said "Yes" to the deal to the time I was walking out of the front door with my new keys in hand was about 15 minutes max. This was certainly my BEST and one of the easiest car-buying experiences I've ever had. I WILL be going back to Novak next time I need a car. If you live in the area, you can't go wrong paying Novak a visit. There's good folks at this place!

  The Best Buying Experience Ever
