    Emailed about car on website received an email verifying they received and would be contacting me waited 1 day called sales they said they would call me back never did. 2nd attempt I tried to call them they had no clue which salesman to have help me. All I wanted to know was if a car was still available. Very bad customer service.

    I Requested a quote online and received an email asking me when I can go and test drive. I replied that I wanted a quote first because I was far away and that I already knew the car , I didn't need a test drive yet. I also said that I didn't need financing. They never emailed me back. A 2nd request also went unanswered. I guess they only deal with people who finance their cars.

    purchased a 2015 Challenger SRT 392 on April 28, 2018 from Novak Motors. Initially, the Novak staff were very accommodating and helpful to finish the purchase, as I was coming from over three hours a way to purchase the vehicle. In the first month, however, I noticed that the brakes made a profound screeching sound. I gave it some time to see if it would resolve itself but it did not. I reached out to Novak regarding this issue and they advised that I go to a local Dodge dealer to check the brake issue. The Dodge dealer SRT Specialist diagnosis was that the front brakes were not broken in properly and required replacement. The replacement costs were high, which drove the Novak team to refuse to pay the Dodge dealer for the replacement brakes and they insisted I go back to them for them to check the brakes themselves. Novak’s GM stated that they would not do the repair or replacement outside of their facility, despite an initial statement made by the salesman when I bought the car. The general manager also alluded that my brake issues were a result of my driving. In any case, I ended up driving another 3 hours back to Novak for them to verify the Dodge’s diagnosis. Their statement was that “This is a normal SRT squeak done by all SRT vehicles Brembo brakes” and that despite that, they polished/sanded down the brakes to reduce the squeal claiming that a break-in procedure should be done. A break-in procedure for those who don’t know, is a series of speeding to 60 mph followed by harsh braking to 30 mph to break in the brakes. Months later... as demonstrated in the video attached (taken 11/24/18), the brakes are still excruciatingly loud showing that their diagnosis was incorrect. I also want to point out that when the video was taken, I had just left my home and therefore the brakes could not have possibly been overheated. I want to conclude that Novak is trying avoid responsibility by having contradictory statements saying that the issue is caused by driving habits versus the squealing being a normal result of having Brembo brakes. It is frustrating that this issue been unresolved for over 6 months now, leaving me to fix it on my own after paying a large sum for the vehicle.

    This was our second time purchasing a vehicle from this dealer. There is absolutely no better place to make such a purchase. Amy Doberman and the staff at Novak motors in Farmingdale were awesome. Amy has been very professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the purchasing process, from showing the vehicles to the arranging for finance of the vehicle. I can honestly say that we have had no better experience buying a car than we have had at Novak. Thank you to the staff at Novak Motors for another perfect buying experience!!!

    My daughter and l have been shopping for a car for three weeks. All the dealerships are the same. They adverise cars which seem to be sold. They want to put you in a car but add all of these extra fees. Well this dealership is different. They say what they mean and deliver. We were in and out in less than an hour and the contract was spot on. Nothing complicated. I work in sales and this place rocks. Thank you l will be buying from you next.

    It has to be the best car buying experience I ever had. The price you see is what u pay plus the usual taxes and fees, nothing extra, no miscellaneous prep fees or delivery fees that other dealerships likes to tack on to the price. I got a 2015 challenger and the warranty was also included in the sticker price. Financing was also a breeze. You want straight forward affordable pricing with no gimmicks, this is the place to shop

    I visited many dealers during my search and they always tell you it will be a "no pressure" situation and then they put the full court press on you. Novak, and specifically Greg H., was truly NO PRESSURE. I had three very different types of vehicles in mind and Greg patiently showed me all three and let me test drive all three - alone. When I couldn't make up my mind, it was truly no problem. I was back a week later and 2 of the 3 I had test driven were sold, but I found my Acura and drove away a few days later. The car is pristine. I have given out Greg's card to everyone in my office who asked. I was turned off to dealers when someone at another place decided to start cleaning his own car while showing me a new Jeep. The ease of doing business with Novak changed all that. I don't see why I would ever go anywhere else. Thanks.
