  Best Dealership Experience Ever!

  What I initially asked for was a car that got great gas mileage, dependable, and affordable. They called me and told me about a car they just got that met these criteria. This turned out to be a car I loved, a price that was perfect and best of all a sale that was quick, smooth and painless. I was so impressed with my purchase, the quality and professionalism of the sales staff and BEST of all just a great experience over all. I have since sent three family members there and they all say the same positive things about this dealership. I recommend them without reservation.

  2nd car purchased --- no stress

  On July 5, 2019, we purchased our 2nd car (2015 Nissan Versa) from Northwest Rides in Port Orchard WA. Our experience with them was a lot easier than our first visit. They have our information in their security system and the waiting period was short. We found the car online, texted and let them know exactly what we wanted. The next day we received a response and told us that they have the car. We went in, test drove, and got the paperwork done less than 45 minutes.   The Christmas gift that keeps on giving!

  I purchased my Tahoe from Northwest Rides just before Christmas. It was a lifesaver after our current family vehicle broke down. Having 4 kids, and right in the middle of the holidays, we were beyond grateful for the prompt and friendly service from everyone at Northwest Rides! (They even gave us the giant red bow that our kids LOVED!) I am happy to say, that now 7 months later our main family vehicle is running great! And they are STILL friendly and helpful with routine maintenance. What a great group of people they have there! CJ was our salesman and was THEE BEST at making us feel comfortable, and he really cared about our family's needs. I will for sure be going back there for our next upgrade!   I drove 3hrs to look at a Toyota tacoma at this Dealership it looked nothing like the picture on the car. COM website so I was not empress at all

  They explained everything that we had questions about, and went above and beyond when it came to helping us get a deal. They knew every detail about every car in their lot, and recommended the perfect vehicles that for our criteria. 10/10 would go back and recommend to family and friends! Also they were very personal, not distant or cold at all.

  You want a great deal on a great car? You want to deal with an excellent staff who won't pressure you into making a decision and are incredibly friendly? If so, Northwest Rides is the dealership for you. Not only did they cut me a great deal, but were the most courteous and professional people I've ever dealt with in a business environment. I highly suggest Northwest Rides for any of your car buying needs, ESPECIALLY if you're a first time buyer like myself. You will not be disappointed.
