  Was told I could just put down 2 post dated checks for the down payment. So they got me driving to their office in Everett. Then after I got there was told there was another buyer. Total BS. After the test drive. They told me I had to put cash down that day. And they had another buyer. Faulty customer service tactics. Dont believe them. They'll say whatever to get you in their doors and throw a curve ball. And that car is still for sale. Smh.

  I was impressed with the family feel the company holds in its value in bringning great service and working with anyone. I was able to work with Richard, and Jesse who both exceeded my expectations and really reassured each step and process before making any decisions. I really appreciate the patience and hard work searching for a great deal and our demands for the purchase. Overall great experience from first greeting, to the facility we were at, and finishing the process every step of the way. I would highly reccomend nwmotors to friends and family. Even having a few things worked on after the purchase, my partner and I have been up to date with the dealerships and service department and have had a stress free drop off and communication.

  TERRIBLE SERVICE!

  Ted is a fraud and a terrible salesman/ advisor. After purchasing 3 vehicles with him within a 24 hour span, we have receieved nothing but issues and hassle. From not paying off the loans in time, to putting the wrong address and name on the loan paperwork with the banks. We also caught several selected options on our cars that were not selected by my family... after several calls to square up paperwork several weeks after purchase, we continued to get excuse after excuse. Nothing was corrected with Ted involved, it only got worse. I would recommend anyone other then Ted to deal with at NWMS.

  Luckily the dealership was able to rebound and find another vehicle after messing up my initial want. Leonard did a great job making things right in the end. After owning my Jeep for a week I am happy with my purchase.
