    An SVR Range Rover dport does not come with the SVR badges according to the lady who returned my online request. She proceeded to call me a clown for asking for pictures of the vehicle. I was buying cash but they are a typical xxxxxxxx New York scam dealer.

    Elderly and Disabled Beware

    I am a disabled veteran and a senior citizen that purchased a car Northshore Motors company and was given credit approval for $438 a month but I needed to put down $500 to purchase the car. Upon doing so I requested a receipt for the total price and for the deposit. None of which we're given. A week later before I made my flight arrangements I demanded a receipt so that I would know the total cost and just pick up the vehicle by simply signing the papers. I was then told the monthly payment would be $738 a month. After being in total shock and the company adversersely affecting my credit with multiple credit inquiries I requested a refund and was told one would be received in 7 to 10 business days. on the 11th of this month it will be over a month. And I am yet to receive a call or a refund.

    fast talk have hidden fees and they hide warranty policy in deal with out asking. I walked away. It’s too bad because they have nice cars

    Shady business practice

    We purchased a car and drove it off the lot, only to discover 10 days later that Wells Fargo rejected the financing because they slipped in a very expensive warranty package that was not part of the agreed upon sale price. They refuse to cancel the warranty (per the warranty company we're entitled to cancel it within 60 days) and they won't file the financing paperwork. Now they insist that we return the car so they can redo the financing and resell it to us at a higher price. In addition, the rear tires won't pass inspection and they won't remedy that situation either. Terribly unresponsive over ten days of struggling with this, and Wells Fargo reported that the NSM employee hung up on them when they told her to remove the warranty from the finance package. This place is really shady, be careful.

    Reputable Car Dealer, amazing staff

    I called about a car I saw there online and walked out with it a few hours later. The sales staff, manager, the people that cleaned and prepped and inspected the car and finance department went above and beyond to put me in the car I wanted so quickly. They were kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I appreciate their assistance and highly recommend this dealership.

    I’ve bought many cars in my life and never went through anything like this in my life ! Everything is a scam start to finish ! After 81/2 hrs there , they tried to scam for more money ! The price is not the price agreed to! Buyers beware I am definitely calling the bbb on these people !

    SCAM Scam

    SCAM Do not believe in what they say. Called many times and was never scheduled even after the reopening. Went there personally then they said they can’t find the order. It was supposed to be 50/50 since feature was missing in my car after purchase. They’re scammers. Refund still pending.

    SCAM LIARS

    DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE! Inquired about a car through email and got no reply. I researched the car for days and finally went. Had to take an hour bus ride, 40 min lirr ride and a $13 Uber to get there. As soon as I do the manager passes me over to someone else who brings the car around. She was pressuring me to do a test drive while I was inspecting the car. It has way more damage outside than what's shown in the photos they advertised. They must have done photoshop because I looked at it from the same angles and they're clearly visible. Inside was dirty. After I decided to do a test drive the woman says that all prices are based on an extra 2k down. I asked the manager to show me on the website where they advertise that policy. He said it doesn't show under the car I was looking at but if I had clicked on another car I would have seen that. Like wth? It doesn't say it on the home page or fine print. He gave me an oh well, goodbye attitude. The BAIT AND SWITCH WAS REAL!!
