I HAD A ELECTRICAL PROBLEM WITH A USED SUV I PURCHASED IN JULY AND STEVE DID EVERYTHING HE COULD TO HELP TRANSITION US INTO ANOTHER VEHICLE. CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT HOW THEY HANDLED THIS SITUATION. WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. THANK YOU AGAIN

I didn't expect much when I arrived at Northland Chevrolet. I had previously walked out of three other "local" dealerships and I was fully prepared to drive two and a half hours to a larger metro area. I was greeted on the lot by Brad Nelson who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Brad listened to what I wanted and took me right to my new 2014 Silverado Crew Cab. I would like to thank salesman Brad Nelson, sales manager Steve Casper and business manager Carrie Ann Kinnear for the most professional experience I have had at a dealership to date. I only wish I had stopped at Northland Chevrolet first.
