    A friend recommended this dealership. From the moment I walked in I was welcomed by my salesman who I had already been in touch with via telephone and email. The financing and protection plans were explained to me and the process was fast and easy. Lastly, the General Manager took the time to shake my hand and speak with me for a few minutes. All around great experience!

    I have been a Norris Ford customer since 1960. when I purchased my first car a 1960 Ford Falcon the dealership was located on Dundalk Ave. It feels like family when you walk through the door. From beginning to end of our most resent purchase of our brand new 2017 Ford Edge it was a very pleasant and customer service friendly experience. I guess that is why I have been a customer of Norris Ford for so long. ;)

    Bought a 2017 Honda Accord from Norris Honda in November 2017. Best car buying experience ever. John Heiser was my salesman, and was a straight shooter with great knowledge about this and other vehicles. I got a great deal and did not feel the typical pressure I've felt at other dealers. Paul Donald worked with John and got me through all the paperwork effortlessly. I was coming from a distance away because Norris had the car I was looking for, and Paul and John made the whole experience such a pleasure that I would go out of my way to buy from them again. Loved my experience with Norris Honda!

    Worked Until They Found The Issue

    My a/c was not working (blowing hot air). It took a couple of days to find out the primary issue; however I was provided a loaner (was picked up on site). I was informed everyday of the status of my repair. I would like to add a special thank you to Michael who remained professional and calm even through my anxious state of being. This is the kind of service we all hope for when trouble brews in our vehicles. Great facility too!

    You know all those stories you hear where the dealer uses such strong arm tactics, bait and switch, and won't leave you alone? This is where some of them came from. I ended up having to setup filters on my email account to bounce all the spam coming from this dealer. Never once did they actually answer any of my questions about the truck I wanted and started immediately suggesting other vehicles, like small cars......

    The experience was great just after entering the doors. Had an appointment with Ryan who ended up having to take on a new assignment. However, he had already talked to another sales specialist and told him what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend. Gary was also really great and both were found to be understanding and was able to help us get into the right 2017 Ford F-150 to what we wanted and wanted to spend. Although we went into the closing time they still were very professional and had the truck cleaned up and showed us what it was capable of and other features. All in all a great experience and would buy from Norris Ford again from folks that have a great work and professional personality.
