    Trying to stay in the Ford family

    I have been a Ford man all my life. Unfortunately the last vehicle I purchased (at a different dealer) turned out to be the biggest mistake Ford has ever made. The vehicle had already had 5 transmission rebuilds (to Ford's credit they did pay for all of them) and was now sounding like number 6 was on the horizon. I went to the previous dealer and they would not help at all. I was very frustrated and looking for a reason to stay with Ford and it looked like that was not going to happen. Luckily, I was looking to buy a truck this time (always have had great luck with a Ford truck). This is where Stan Ma and Norris Ford comes in. Stan took the time to listen to my story and then did everything he could to help me get the vehicle I wanted. Thank you Stan! Long story short, I'm staying in the Ford family and am now the very happy owner of a 2020 Ranger.

    Me and my wife was looking for a car for a little while. Wilson at Norris help us the buying process help us and wasn't being that seller that was going to pressure you into getting a car (you know how we love that). The building was very clean and the staff was taking every measure to stay safe at these times which also made us comfortable. But all and all my wife got a care she loved I would recommend to anyone.

    Yesterday was the second vehicle I purchased in two years from Norris Ford. They took their time to find me the best Deal possible. I told Stan what I wanted and he delivered in a big way. The whole team was very professional I felt they wanted to put me in a truck that satisfied me. Whenever I purchase a vehicle, Norris Ford will always be my first stop.

    Stan helped me purchase my new SUV. He had me in an out of the office in less then an hour. He showed me how to operate the new truck. Helped me log it into my phone. He was just all around great. I will be referring everyone who is looking to buy to him.

    The wife’s new Ford Edge

    The internet sales manager Zo Thompson was absolutely the only reason my wife chose Norris and didn’t go to the nearby Chevy dealership where we had plans of going next but canceled. After putting the feelers out to multiple dealerships in the area via internet, Zo was the friendliest, Nonaggressive and most important,, honest in his answers to a few loaded questions that we had prepared to the bombardment of dealership calls that followed. Once at Norris Ford, the sales manager Tyler was very involved in the entire sales process from start to finish, making sure everything went perfect, and it did. This purchase was for the wife and it was my primary objective to make sure she left the dealership with the SUV that met her every need. Thanks to Tyler watching every step of the sale, he without a doubt exceeded our expectations and so did the new Ford Edge he helped us choose.
