    Though I intended to purchase a used vehicle with a much lower sticker value than most of the cars on the lot I was treated with utmost respect and friendliness, from the office staff to the mechanic to one of the partners. They understood we had driven a couple hours amidst the coronavirus pandemic and worked quickly and easily with me to take the car home that evening. They honored the out the door price we had discussed prior to arrival and even shipped parts they were unable to return to Toyota at no cost to me.

    I would not recommend this place at this time. The cars are not the problem (per se) but the head salesman Tom is, and by this I mean this man is the poster child for sleezy car salesman of the year. I traded in a 2014 Mustang Premium in near mint condition and paid cash for the difference during a Pandemic where car sales and the Market in general is having a huge downward spiral, so you think this would be easy right? NOPE The super duper salesman Tom seemed like I owed him something and like he was doing me a favor....wait what???? Lets see: Would you think a car you bought should be washed before you picked it up? NOPE Oil changed? Tom stated they do not do oil changes. He also stated they outsourced pre sale inspections to some tire change place and they stated the car did not need a oil change just yet although a sticker in the window stated my car was 1000 miles past due on a oil change and Tom stated after a 100 miles I should change my oil....no joke this is their head salesman saying this. Do you think the car should be cleaned inside the car before pick up? NOPE, found trash in the trunk and McDonald's under the driver seat and seats where dusty as xxxx. So before purchase Tom said he would have the broken taillight fixed or they would order the part and once they received it they would call me in to have it fixed...NOPE, instead Tom had the part mailed to my house in hopes I would fix it myself...WRONG. (They did fix it after I told them they needed to fix it like they said they would...THANK GOD I had them put that in writing) They also stated they would fix some scratches on the car, but when I went to have light fixed it was raining so they could not, so (of course) they handed me a kit to fix it myself. On the first day at looking at the car the owner was rude, but after talking to him the next day I understood he was having a bad day and under alot off stress because of Virus, and being a small business owner myself, I can actually relate about the stress. After the first day the owner actually turned out to be a nice guy, so no qualms there. Hands down the best person in the building is Jessica another saleswoman and if you do go here you should hands down ask for. She was genuine and actually answered questions seemed very friendly, returned calls, would check up on how you felt about the car, and seemed like the person I SHOULD of had as my sales person. The kicker to all of this is I am buying another car in 2 months for my daughter's 18th BDay and paying cash for it too, and then another car for myself to drive back and forth to my shop and no way in xxxx am I using this place, while Tom works there. Good Job Tom Overall I just can not by no means recommend this place to anyone while Tom works at the place, because he is just useless and the only reason he makes sales is because they rotate sales or else this man would never make a sale. I give 1 star for the car. It is nice to bad the salesman sucked. I give 1 star for Jessica. The real salesperson in the building. I would give 5 stars if someone shaved that clown mustache off of Tom's face, you will know what I mean if you saw this silly man.

    We found Noblesville Imports via a friend when shopping for a replacement car for my daughter. The buying experience was one of the best we’ve had. Zach and Lauryn are wonderful to work with so much so I purchased a second vehicle from them yesterday and will continue to bring my business to them going forward. The car selection is great, the quality of cars they have is great, and best of all they get to understand your needs and help make the right selection.

    The buying experience was awesome. Even with my three children that are all under the age of seven it was easy and quick. The car was in excellent condition inside an out overall a great time.

    I recently purchased Mercedes Benz GLK from Jeff. Him and his staff were very friendly and knowledgeable! Jeff was able to answer and guide me through all my questions during this process. I was also very impressed with the quality of vehicles he had in stock, as I test drove quite a few before making my decision. Jeff was also able to guide me to the best financial institution based on my credit and concerns. I did a trade in with him as well, and unlike most dealerships he gave me a great deal. I was referred to Noblesville Imports from a friend and will absolutely recommend him to others! Thanks Jeff!

    Jeff took really good care of me as I needed a car in a pinch. He gave me sources for financing and car insurance as well, which I didn't use but I appreciated it cause I was in a hurry. I left a job with a company car so he understood I was serious. I test drove the car and took it to my mechanic. The only item needed was 2 new tires. He put that in the I owe you, you owe me contract. Perfect. Their vehicles are clean and are loaded with every option one could ever want. Buy your next car from Noblesville Imports.

    Zach helped me find a Denali ultimate pick up with the up most professionalism. He worked with me on my trade in and even helped search nationwide for the exact vehicle I wanted.     I was looking for a decently priced used car with less than 100k miles on the odometer. Zach and Jeff listened to my needs and were able to find the perfect car for me. The signing of papers and transfer of the car to me went very quickly and I drove away in the new vehicle in a relatively short period of time.
