Used Mazda Over Priced by $4,000- Ridiculous Fee'sby Kristian from FL | July 23, 2020
Went in to see a 2008 Mazda Sport with 145,000 miles priced at $3,982. Had a good experience with Nik test driving the car. Very cool guy! Knowledgeable and confident. My problem is really only with the dealership itself and the fact that they advertised this car for $3,982, and then DRASTICALLY marked the car up to $8,000. This car on KBB is AT MOST $4,800. I want to emphasize that this was not in Nik's control, as he was dealing with his manager when it came to negotiating price points. Both Nik and Kendrick (A second salesperson who was also a pretty cool dude) really tried to come down on the exorbitant dealership fee's for me but still couldn't bring it below $5,700, still a full $1,500 above what is advertised on their website. Kudos to Nik and Kendrick for their assistance but, with such ridiculous fee's, there is no way I'll even think about heading back to Nissan of Orange Park.

Don't trust the Finance Departmentby Ken from Sanford, FL | July 15, 2020
I asked Johnnie back in March to cancel the 2 warranty's that I purchased. After 3 weeks he finally emailed the forms with the one listed and asked that I sign it. I went ahead and added the details to the 2nd warranty and then emailed the signed copy. After a few weeks, the 1 warranty was credited but noticed a week later the 2nd one was not. I asked Johnnie to follow up and he never responded to my requests. I called the Fidelity (Warranty Co.) and they said they only saw 1 listed on the form and to call the dealership to get a copy. No one would respond back to me after multiple requests to see the form. The only conclusion, the finance department removed the 2nd warranty line item off before submitting the form. This is forgery. The sales guy was nice and made this smooth but that as far as I could go. I would never buy or recommend this dealership based on this type of activity.
