    Too good to be true.
by A customer that got bamboozled from McKinney tx | January 15, 2021

If buying a used car they add an additional "$1995.00 Recondition fee" and more. So they low ball a price to reel in customers just to waste their time. I feel bad if a customer drive hours or even out of state to only be disappointed. Do not believe the price you see online. You guys can thank me later for saving you time and money.

    ZERO stars
by Mark from Texarkana Texas | September 17, 2020

I called this dealership and inquired about a used Mercedes. I was set to go buy it but when the “salesman” gave me the final numbers he said the “dealer fees” were an extra $4,000 but he could talk his manager into cutting them to $2000. I explained to him that I have bought several vehicles in DFW and dealer fees are typically about $150 for documents and title application. He tried to scam me and said most dealerships charge $ 3,000 to $5,000 in Dallas. Total SCAM !! I went online and saw numerous bad reviews of this place. You would have to be a complete moron to buy a car here. How are there enough dumbasses that pay these scam “fees” keep this place in business ?? Needless to say I went to another dealership and got the car for about the same price without the scam fees. What a joke.

    Con job
by William from Texarkana from Texarkana, AR | September 15, 2020

After a bad ordeal in Ft Worth, I reached out to Nissan of Mckinney and told them about what happened to me in Ft Worth where the cars.com price was one thing but when you get down there the price is about 3,000 dollars more. The salesman Moe said that was sleazy and assured me his dealership had won numerous awards and we wouldn't have a problem. The very first thing they tried to do after they appraised my car and I drove theirs was add 1500 "reconditioning fee" and then add 1300 for the vehicle being Nissan certified. I had driven down from Texarkana 3 hours for this. He said it's a typical thing to lie on these online services or you can't get people to come to the dealership unless you lowball them. I went back to Texarkana, found the exact same deal without any hidden fees, no certified fee added in and more on my trade. I am sure since they advertise on here this review won't stay up long but I wish cars.com and auto trader would hold these guys responsible. a 24,500 car that suddenly becomes 27,300 before ttl and now you're in about 30 grand. before you make that drive, make them fax you over a guaranteed price.

    Stay away from this place
by Timur Barakhoev from Oklahoma City, OK | August 16, 2020

The car I took for a test drive and wanted to buy was very good. All features were like advertised, very clean, I loved it from the first 100 feet of the test drive. But... The Internet price of this "Pre-Owned Certified" vehicle is a HUGE lie. I still feel like every second of the deal negotiating with 3 different Sales persons (Associate, Internet Sales Manager and THE Sales Manager) was not a negotiation at all for everyone involved in the process except me. It was just a non-stop attempts to make me pay significantly more for the car than the Internet price tag shows as well as attempts to make me to finance the purchase through the dealership's financial department. I would recommend to ask for the final price for the car before you come to this dealership or better ask for fax confirmation. Especially if you are trying to buy the "pre-owned certified" car. Also, I would recommend to stay away from this dealership if you are looking for the fair pricing and good deal.

Scam dealer, the internet price is bait n switch
by Wayne Allen from Tyler | July 31, 2020

Found the Maxima we wanted here after driving 2 hours, internet price $21,500. I knew things wouldn't go well when Geneva, the used car sales manager, tells me that they cannot budge $1 on the price because they "price them so low that they actually LOSE money on a lot of their sales", WHAT???. When I ask for a breakdown of final fees/costs there was $150 for who knows what, $500 because I already had my own financing and refused theirs, $1700 refurbishment fee to do the certified pre owned inspection, whether I declined the certification or not (even though to GET the car as a certified pre owned would be another $1600) then tax, title and license on top of all this. Typical bait and switch/false advertising on the internet oricing. I wouldn't step foot back on this lot if they had the only car I wanted within a 500 mile radius. If you want a great car buying experience, see Adrian at Sewell Infiniti near Love Field, that prices was up front oricing and I was in and out in an hour and a half

Lowball advertised prices they won’t honor
by RL Hallum from Round Rock, TX | February 14, 2020

They advertised a Rogue Sport as certified preowned for 20,600 plus 150 dealership fee and TTL. I showed up to pay cash for the car. Drove the car, proceeded to buy the car and they then jacked up the price by adding 1588 for the preowned certified title and another 1500 service fee they said they charge on all vehicles as a make ready fee. Oscar the sales manager came out and said they’d lower the price by $1500 but it wouldn’t be certified preowned. I left and drove 30 minutes to buy another Rogue for $400 more at Grubbs Nissan.

Shopping for a used car for my daughter
by NorthDallasWebbChapel from Dallas, TX | January 23, 2020

Called about a used car they had on sale on cars.com for my daughter. They made it seem like I had no idea of what I was talking about and that they could not work any deal with me and prices were set as I saw. They did not even tried to somehow work something out...instead they seem like they wanted to hand up!
