  Never Again

  My sister purchased a 2017 Lexus 350 last month. The vehicle was sold without an inspection and her trade (2015 Honda Accord) in was posted on car gurus with her things still in the car and with her license plates still attached to the vehicle. The finance rep was very disrespectful and had her drive a hour or more to get an inspection on site just to tell her she couldn’t get an inspection today. Threaten that she would not be able to get her tags unless she drove the car there. All for nothing. On top of that... There was phase advertisement. The car was posted at 22,414 and they sold her the car for 23,800. They really took advantage of her. NEVER AGAIN.... Check all your paperwork before signing your name on anything. Check the tires and the vehicle very well before purchasing the this car dealer (Nissan of Bowie)!!!

  Team was great and had the car ready for me to test drive when I arrived. Got to brass tacks quickly and had a fair price. I had to think about it for a week and did not have any high pressure sales tactics. When I offered to pay in cash they were cool about that as well! Would recommend.

  LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES AND STRUGGLES I AM CURRENTLY GOING THROUGH WITH MY 2020 NISSAN SENTRA. DO NOT BUY CARS FROM NISSAN OF BOWIE ON CRAIN HIGHWAY. I bought a 2020 Nissan Sentra from Nissan of Bowie on Crain Highway not even three month ago. The first three days I purchased my car, it stop working and would not start. Then it was TOWED to the dealership. The dealership worked on my 2020 Nissan Sentra car and I was never told what’s was wrong with the car. Not even a month after I pick up the car. The car have stop working again and would not start. And the dashboard of my brand new 2020 Nissan Sentra displays malfunctioning warning. Nissan of Bowie sell Lemons for cars. Don’t buy cars from Nissan of Bowie on Crain Highway in Bowie. Dawn Criste is a liar, she say there is nothing wrong with my car. But here I am again with the same issues that the car would not start. But this time around the car shows MALFUNCTIONING WARNING.

  After two agonizing week without a car. After two weeks of suffering as a single mother without a car. After two weeks of tirelessly calling and asking to speak with the owner of Nissan of Bowie. I finally get a response from cars reviews by Dawn Criste. Why wasn’t the compressor mention in the email I received September 1 2020? Nissan Of Bowie what else about the 2020 Nissan Sentra are you hiding? When are guys going admit you sold me a lemon car? Rita Tomlinson

  Dealership sells Lemons Cars

  Nissan of Bowie on Crain highway in MD is the WORST CAR DEALERSHIP IN MD. The cars they sells are Lemons. I purchased a brand new 2020 Nissan Sentra. Drove it for only 3 days and the car stops working. Car was TOWED to dealership because it would not start. Service department worked on the car. Ask service department what was the problem and why the brand new car would not start? Service Department REFUSED to tell me why the brand new 2020 Nissan Sentra car would not start. But the car was TOWED TO THE DEALERSHIP! Dealership currently holding the car hostage since it was TOWED 08/31/2020.

  Do not buy from this place,they are liars and cheaters. I did, and was cheated, by lying to me, and made sign a lot of papers. When I asked what are they for, ? They said it just formality. My mistake. I was supposed to take them to an attorney before signing them, but I trusted them, that taught me a great lesson when buying A new car. Meanwhile, no one is ready to do something about it

  I haven’t yet bought a car from here but the way they stay in contact with me and kept me updated on everything is truly amazing no other dealership has done that for me and I can guarantee I will get a car from this dealership, for sure I know that got my back.

  I purchased a new vehicle in Oct-2019, and received incorrect title and registration in Dec-2019. Worked with a junior person for 4 weeks who couldn't resolve, and now working with the General Manager for more than 4 weeks who can't seem to resolve. Still unresolved as of Feb-2020. Terrible customer service - the owner should be embarrassed.

  Dealership pushed me into buying a car my family can’t fit in, and one I didn’t want, told me I had no other choices and refused to help me get a different vehicle. Would never purchase here in my life!

  Jamal Hayden did a wonderful job listening to what type of car I needed and ensuring that I stayed within my price point. He was friendly, provided excellent customer service with a smile and even checked on me to ensure everything was fine after purchasing the car. Awesome Customer Service!
