    This has really been a stress free experience for me. I was looking to purchase a vehicle, but did not realize how it was going to happen until I was contacted by Jacob Luna. After I had provided him with some choices, a 2020 Rogue Sport was selected. He even delivered it to me. That is what I consider SERVICE ! I would highly recommend Mr. Luna. (Nissan Boerne)

    Treatment of 91 year old Vietnam an Korean war vet

    The salesman and General Manager took advantage of my dad a 91 year old Air Force Veteran by making this car deal. He has never owned an electric car before and they pretended he knew more than they did about the Nissan Leaf. When I talk to the manager he lied to me about my fathers dealings with them. At no time during the purchasing time frame did they inform my father of the need to upgrade his home electrical to quick charge this car. The day after he purchased the car they initial refused to help my father get out of this deal but later agreed to charge him $8600 dollars to give him his car back that he traded in for the Leaf. They are more concerned with getting this 91yr old Vets money than doing the right thing, how very sad.

    Horrible customer service

    Bought vehicle over a Month ago with a trade in . The the lien hasnt been paid off yet and ive been trying to get the appropriate action taken to no avail. This is unacceptable. They dont even have the E-Sign capabilities which is hard to figure with the changing business norms of the Covid pandemic . They are very and get back with you when you are buying a car. However, when you are trying to remedy the problem, I can’t get anyone to get anything done. No answers. Just stalling and “we’ll get back to you” . This has been going on for about 3 weeks now

    I bought my first car ( a used Hyundai ) from Nissan Boerne and as far as first experiences go, I must say it was very pleasant and enjoyable. My salesman, Justin, was very personable and friendly, worked with me to get me in the car I wanted, and was nearly as excited for me as I was! After about two weeks, the check engine light flicked on and the dealership happily offered to check it out ; it was determined that a part was failing, so they ordered it, sent my car off to a certified Hyundai mechanic to fix it, then called me when it was ready to be picked up. Definitely recommend checking them out if you're in the market for a car, new or otherwise.

    our used car salesman was a very nice gentleman. We did buy and he helped us on our request of a few minor problems that we wanted fixed. our disappointment was that even after a 3hour drive to buy a vehicle there, they would not even consider of lowering the price of the vehicle. As a disabled army veteran I was somewhat disappointed. my wife really wanted this armada so no matter what I could not disappoint her. Butch was a great guy though
