    After shopping around a variety of local dealerships between Nissan, Volvo, Jaguar, and Acura my visit to Nissan North was SO refreshing! Brian Hilyard is a great asset to this company. He is accommodating, patient, and knowledgeable. There are A LOT of horrific sales people out there still. Brian offered fair pricing and ultimately earned my business.

    I recently went in to look at used cars at Nissan North. I am just starting to look and wanted to test drive a car on my lunch break. I contacted them through cars.com and received a text within an hour. They had the car pulled up ready to test drive since I was limited to my lunch break that day. Seth helped me out. He was knowledgeable about the car despite it not being a Nissan and was not overly pushy. I took a test drive and we discussed financing options. I have not purchased a car yet, but I plan to keep looking at their used car inventory until they have exactly what I am looking for. Thank you!

    Disappointing service

    Rogue needs service every 5k miles, my car hit 5k mile and needed service. I scheduled an appointment for service and went in. After service, I was told that my car needs all 4 tires change. I was confused and asked why car with 23k needs tire change. I asked is it required to change car tires every 20k ? the service guy was like, not required but you car needs change coz it was never serviced and tire rotation was never done. This was shocking... i said, my last service was done at this center and I was told that all service is done and maintenance screen was reset. Service guy pulled out my records and he mentioned car came in but was never serviced. It had some recall and that was fixed. I said I scheduled appointment for service and when the I dropped off the car they have mentioned about the recall... untill then I was never informed about any recalls... Service guy said there is nothing he can do and advised me to leave and look in google about tire rotation and wear out . I showed him the service papers and he looked at them and said there is no service record ... I never paid attention to the service papers as I trusted the service center... When I asked if I can talk to service manager... the service guy said manager is very busy and he has no time to talk about these things... and asked me to leave as other customers were waiting... I asked him if manager can call me and talk to me about this issue.. very rudely he said OK...and took my number...

    We had a successful shopping experience at Nissan North. The Sales Rep. Gabe Johnson was excellent and the other team members were also hospitable and friendly. We also got the paper work done in a very timely manner. I liked the cleanliness of the Dealership and the seating area for the customers.

    Hands down by far the best experience I've ever had buying a car. Seth Monroe made this easy, exciting, and worry free. I live 8 hours away so everything had to be done over the phone which was amazing dealing with our differences in schedules. Seth was so nice and not once made me feel pressured in any way. He was straight up all the time and answered all of my questions no matter how many I had. Seth looked after my car until it was shipped which made me feel good knowing he was seeing everything through all the way until I received the car. Amazing dealership and staff. Highly recommend Nissan North and ask for Seth!

    I have previously owned and enjoyed driving German luxury vehicles, however,at this time of my life, wanted a good, reliable SUV with low maintenance costs , excellent mileage, and regular fuel. I researched and decided to check out Nissan Certified Pre Owned,and specifically at Nissan North due to their glowing reviews. I could not be more pleased with every aspect of my purchase. Pam Deyo was my salesperson, is an excellent representative for this company as well as the brand. She stressed the advantages of purchasing from Nissan North vs a MegaMall dealership. She was correct, the entire experience was tailored for the customer. Kyle and Andy were also top notch individuals, professional, courteous, kind. I got a fair trade on my used vehicle. After my purchase, I received no less than three calls checking my level of satisfaction, and letting me know they were here for me after the sale. Job very well done. I would recommend them highly, and I love my Rogue!
