    Terrible Experience/Lemon Sold

    I have been to this dealership one time and I won't be going back. I found a car on line and called about it. They told me it would be in on a Friday and as I was coming from St. Augustine, I wanted to be sure it was there. As I made it to Jacksonville, I got a call saying that the car wasn't there without much of an explanation. So, I came in on that Monday, first thing and again was told the car would be there, it wasn't there yet. I waited from 9am until 4pm before I even got to see the car, but in the meantime they had no problem starting all the finances. I waited because I was told there was nothing wrong with the car, it was low miles and was what we needed. There was no communication between people and no one had an explanation as to why I hadn't seen the car yet. Well, I waited and I was happy when I saw it. It only took about a week to get my first issue (transmission over temp) message and then two weeks later I found out there was a crack in the radiator). Nothing was disclosed, everything was said to be fine, yet I was sold a lemon. Thank goodness I purchased a total exclusionary warranty, otherwise I would've already paid more in repairs in the past year and a half then I did for the car. This was perhaps the worst buying experience I have ever had. The only positive was the wifi, snacks and bottled water available.

    Our process was very simple. Our Salesman Charles was very prompt and helpful in any department we needed until the sale was final. And even afterward, he was very helpful with any questions we had.

    I bought my 2014 Chevy Camaro from Nimnicht. I have since taken my car there for serving. Today, my car would not start-had it jumped twice after it wouldn't start the second time I knew I had to get it taken care of immediately. My career has me in my vehicle most of the time. I called and was initially told that I could not get in until Thursday, two days away. This would mean either I need to get a rental car or go somewhere else. I had met Tom Treanor a service advisor before and he had given me his card. I called and left a message for him, shortly there after I got a call to get my car jumped and bring it directly in. Tom was very supportive, professional and he understood my dilemma. Within a couple hours the vehicle was back up and running, washed and waxed! He not only save the day and my business for this repair, but I had been advised a few months ago that by my next service appointment my car will need extensive servicing due to the mileage. Had Tom not been there, I dare say that Nimnicht may not have been my choice in getting that next servicing . Tom is GREAT asset to you company!

    Took the 2019 Camaro for test drive. That was okay, but wanted to go a little faster. Ask for the best deal on the car price, they came back,with an additional $ 1700 to $1900 and said that was for accessories on the car. Then and only then that is when they said, we can take a $1000 off. I knew right then they wanted to play games and it was time to go.
