    Recently purchased a pre-owned Ford, with the assistance of a very professional, knowledgeable and considerate sales consultant by the name of Wyatt Pepe. Although he is relatively new at Nick Nicholas Ford, he did his best to get us a good deal, and get through their paperwork process in a timely fashion. When we picked the car, it was clean, and Wyatt made it easy for us to be comfortable considering the Covid restrictions of today. We feel Wyatt Pepe is an asset to Nick Nicholas Ford, and we wish him much success in his future.

    BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

    If I could I would not give any stars. I bought a used car. The moment I left the parking lot the windows didn’t open. They did fix it but it took almost a week. At the same time the passenger door handle needed to be replaced. I got the car back and they said they have to order the handle. I waited patiently and never got a call back. So I have been calling for over 5 months now still trying to get this resolved. When you call they put you on hold then someone else will pick up ask what you want then put you back on hold then you get disconnected. I f you are able to talk to the person you are looking for, like Ed in parts, he will keep saying the same thing every time and will also say he will call you back and never does. Once you make the purchase of a vehicle, the customer service goes out the window. If you buy a used vehicle you have a taillight warranty. That means once you leave and they can’t see your taillights anymore, your warranty is over!!!!

    Thank you Nick Nicholas Ford for reconsidering your initial decision concerning our reoccurring paint issue and agreeing to stand by your service. It is unfortunate though for a customer to have to respond assertively to accomplish a fair outcome. Apparently we were victim of an internal communication breakdown which can happen in the best of businesses. We now look forward to a positive long term outcome. So again, bravo Nick Nicholas Ford for stepping up do the right thing.

    Not the greatest experience

    Went to look at a used truck to replace the truck my insurance was going to mail me a check for test drive the truck loved it, told him I wanted it but I had to wait for the insurance check to come I had the rest of the cash I just was waiting on the one check left a deposit explain that the check would not be there till the end of the next week, was told that was not a problem I spoke to a manager Friday they agreed to let me pick the truck up and take it to my mechanic to be looked at as they said they were not going to do anything else and the truck was being sold as is and there was a small oil leak I wanted to know where it was coming from I told them that I would be there Wednesday or Thursday to pick the truck up. I also spoke to my salesman who left for vacation Wednesday afternoon by text Wednesday at 12:30 to inform him that I would be there either that afternoon or the next day to pick the truck up and if it passed all the mechanic looking at it then I would be purchasing it as the check was guaranteed Thursday morning by 10 a.m. when I called Thursday afternoon to tell them I was on my way to pick the truck up I was told the truck was no longer at the dealership I asked where it was they had sent it to the auto auction either Tuesday or Wednesday I was told my deposit expired on Tuesday yet I was never informed of that nor called nor texted or emailed that the truck had left the dealership I texted my salesperson to ask him what was going on and to this day there has been no response I did end up talking to another sales person at the dealership and we did get this handled but what a horrible experience it was before that

    car i purchased still not done their painting my hood is the worse i seen can't match color if their life depends on it service is a bunch of fools with no knowledge, kind find issues unless you tell them pathetic sales they are great till they have your signature, before they give you the world after that they do not know you anyone that needs proof, ask me, so find another dealer or you will get a serious disappointment , i will continue letting people know they stupid ignorant way of ignoring people, i'm sorry i purchased car there ford and other agencies meeting with me, i have all the proof on paper and also on txt and emails and phone conversations, i also have fax transmissions ignored yes IGNORED BY MY SHANE BRIAN GENERAL MANAGER,

    great sales terrible service and department, they have no idea how to diagnose a car i had to tell them what the issue was, took my truck somewhere else, i will never recommend this place i reach out to ownership and Shane the General manager and i was ignored, that says it all about the place
