Overall service did a good job .
by Michael Martin from Lamar , MO. | November 24, 2020Service did an overall good job, Russell and Dan were very professional and did a good job with the issues we had with Redshield the extended warranty company and getting them to authorize repairs and pay for the repairs after being without my truck for 4 weeks finally got the repairs done and payed for. The cashier on the other hand needs to work on her customer service skills and not make rude comments about customers wife's. Between my wife and myself she told us everytime we talked to her (at least 9 times) that they only way they could release my truck to me was by us paying exact amount cash only which finally made me mad so I brought her $355 in cash , all dollar bills but yet the exact amount. As my son and I were leaving she made the comment that my wife must have worked last night seeing i brought all one's in to pay. Very unprofessional and I will never be back and word of mouth can be a bad thing in a small town.
