    Red Flags and Insults

    Contacted Nick about an SL 550. The market price was $21,000 and they were asking $25,400. I was told that the prices were non-negotiable. Fine. I asked what made the car so valuable. I was told they picked the very best cars and thoroughly inspected them for quality. That made sense. Given that the car was priced for perfection, I asked to have my own mechanic inspect it and was told they are not insured to allow independent inspections. RED FLAG. I was assured that they have a very impressive facility and do their own inspections and do what ever needs to be done to be "front row ready". I asked to see the inspection. Crickets. I asked again. I was told that I would be very impressed with the car and to come down and see it. OK, so I am not going to see the inspection, evidently. I asked what repairs they did to the vehicle following the detailed inspection. I was told they only CHANGED THE OIL. RED FLAG. When I asked if their 15 day 500 mile warranty would cover any major repairs or unperformed maintenance items when I did get it inspected, I was texted “Maybe you buy new car LOL”. RED FLAG. I walked away from a car designated “OVER-PRICED” on Cars.com not because it was priced too high but because they seemed uncomfortable having their “front row cars” independently inspected, they dodged question and became insulting when pressed. Would have loved this car but I got a shady vibe out of my conversation with Nick my salesmen.

    Found a 2012 Boss 302 on Cars.com that Net Motorcars had. Made the trip from Grand Rapids MI to Illinois and was not disappointed. Car was as advertised and in great shape. These are limited cars, so documentation is important. They had all the goodies, poster, book, dvd, everything that came with the car. Nick the Salesman and I got the deal done easily. They shipped the car to me back in Michigan for next to nothing. Great experience. If they have something your interested in, give them a shout. The communication is great!

    Shopping for a used Yukon

    I talked to the owner over the phone about buying a used Yukon in 2019. It was about $1-2K cheaper than I could get in where I live and have bought cars out of state 3 times before for same reason and with good results. So I was not star struck or greedy, just using past experience with other dealers. I asked if any accidents and he said no. I was working so I sent my wife and son to get the car. Big mistake. When they got home I immediately noticed that the door colors don't match the rear panel. I have had nothing but problems with the car and the entire frame is rusted. Since May, I have spent nearly $5000 on this car and I am afraid to drive it anywhere of distance. Timing chain, brakes (okay, I consider it maintenance), suspension repair, oil sensor light. Never again. I'm buying newer and local. Had planned to use for hunting and kayaking but now I just drive 3 miles to the store.

    Overall experience was excitant. Chris was very friendly, professional and efficient. Great selection of cars, and my purchase of a used 2012 Mustang GT was in mint condition and I couldn't be happier! highly recommend Net Motorcars for anyone looking at buying a used car!

    Okay so let me start with I live in California I’ve never seen the new mustang I bought in person only in pictures I took a chance here. And I DO NOT REGRET IT AT ALL !! My new Beautiful 2013 mustang arrived and I love it drives like a dream !! They were so helpful on getting my credit approved shipping the car from Chicago to California ! They did not let me down !!! Great dealership ! I wanna give my thanks to Michael !! For helping me out through the process !! If you choose to buy a car here ask for Michael he helped me through the whole process of my car !! He was polite and patient and helped with everything ! I’m extremely thankful and happy !! Best experience I promise you will not be disappointed!!

    Was looking to buy a car and trade my car in. They did not want my trade in and that is there choice . But not calling back when Jose said he would was a mistake because I still wanted there car .I called them back a second time and was brushed off and then hung up on . Real low class auto sales company.
