    Did not offer any thing to drink or snack. It was a long process. Really hoping for a better visit than we got. When ask about a drink or snack they were cute in there answer.

    Got there and the car was pulled around. They had cleaned and waxed the car. The people were super nice and helpful. The overall experience was very pleasant.

    Yusel was excellent! New instead of used!

    Yusel was the salesman I initially was contacted by. He was excellent with his information through texts. When I got to the dealership, he had the car I was initially in ready for me to look at and take for a test drive. I was looking for an Odyssey. When we finished our tour of the car and test drive, Yusel met with us. That's when he presented three options for the purchase of a car. We could get a new car with a payment very close to what we could get the used one for. The options were excellent as was Yusel's preparation.

    On my way to go complete my purchase and pick up my car, my sister and I got into a rather bad wreck in a town almost an hour away from the dealership. After confirming that we were okay, rather than allowing me to Uber the rest of the way (extra time and money), they actually drove the 50 minutes out and back to pick me up so I could get my car that day. Considering they already had my business, there wasn't an incentive to show the above and beyond customer service and I will recommend them from now on.

    Neil Huffman Clarksville False Advertising

    If I could give Neil Huffman Honda in Clarksville, IN, zero stars, I would. I am a 16 year old new driver and I saw the listing in AutoTrader for a 2008 Nissan Sentra VIN: 3N1AB61E88L608751. This car was listed for $6000 with an odometer reading at 66189. My mom and dad scheduled a test drive and away we went. After the test drive, I loved the car and was willing to buy it along with my parents. The salesman came back with the figures and Neil Huffman Honda raised the Autotrader sale price $500, to $6500, with no advanced notice. We showed the sales manager the ad listed in Autotrader for $6000. The manager said they changed the price before we came in and that the new price would show up in Autotrader the next day. My parents were berated by the manager for suggesting that Neil Huffman honor the advertised price. This is a blatant example of false advertising and manipulation of the consumer. This was clearly the worst business practice I have ever experienced, and the saddest part is that it permeates the whole store. My parents and I will not be coming back, and advise any sensible person not to waste their time.

    bad service and sales manager and sales man lie to

    Don’t buy car from them because you will regret after buy a car from them then drive down the road and check engine light comes on then when I went back to tell them that after Lexus dealership inspect the car they told me that it has Misfire they said no that’s not true then why the check engine lights come on ? Plus Dave the sales manager keep telling me that it’s illegal for us the reset the check engine light even though I told him that Lexus dealership told me that y’all reset the light he said no all that we talking about the Is250 Lexus 2012 it has 97,000 miles on it please y’all watch out from them because they lie too much and the biggest lie ever is when Dave the manager told me that hey don’t worry it’s small issue the spark plugs need to be changed then why didn’t you change it before put the car on your lot for sale so won’t nobody like me come and take it for inspection and find out that the car has Misfire ?? And he doesn’t want to drop $500 off the car price !!! Doesn’t make any sense at all
