    Be a little aggressive

    You may have to be aggressive when shopping here. Negotiating won't be easy at first. I needed a better deal written on paper before they were willing to negotiate with me. After the 3rd visit. There will be pressure involved in purchasing.

    The facility was very clean and organized, the salesman Ed was friendly and courteous and not pressuring. The negotiation process was not stressful. The sales manager was willing to work with me with my trade-in. Everything was explained from finance to maintenance. A great experience overall.

    I recently bought a Nissan Rogue from Ed Martinez at Napoli Nissan. My family has purchased multiple cars from Ed in the past and had an excellent experience. I have nothing but positive things to say about Ed. He was helpful, kind, and understanding. I feel extremely satisfied with the car I purchased and also the service.     Be careful of their finance department!

    I came in knowing the car that I wanted and also knowing that I was looking to lower my car payment. I gave the salesmen a number and he was able to come back a little higher then what I was looking for what doable. I later found out that they used my cosigner as the primary buyer in order to get the monthly payment I wanted. I was not very happy so I called my salesmen and he took care of it right away and in the end I received the same rate. The salesmen was great to work with, the women that showed me around the place was really nice, but the finance department was terrible and almost scammed me into something that I, not did my cosigner approved. If you come here just make sure you dot your I's and cross your T's when financing.

    I would like to say that the whole overall experience in leasing my new 2011 Nissan Quest was wonderful! The staff was exceptional, including Jerry Lynch (my salesperson), Susan Davies the Finance Manager and Gina Ragusa our Delivery Coordinator.
