    Although the purchase process was smooth, keep your fingers crossed that you never need to deal with them again. After they refused to complete a repair on my vehicle while it was still under warranty I tried to speak to the manager. He ignored messages that I left him everyday for a week. When I finally went down to the dealership in person, he spoke to me as if I was an idiot. I have never felt so disrespected. Do not give them your business.

    Uncommon shopping experience

    Arrived at dealership on a pre arranged time to meet a very engaged representative , Ron who promptly escorted me to the car I was interested in . He told me to take it for a test drive and assured me if there were any concerns I had about the vehicle that they would be addressed. He also mentioned there would be several alternative solutions if this vehicle did not meet my needs. I test drove the vehicle and spoke with Ron about not being a well qualified buyer. Ron went above and beyond to explain the process while clearly articulating the pros and cons of financing in my situation. What is of paramount importance here is that Ron maintained his positive, professional engagement even after learning I was not a well qualified buyer. As a veteran sales manager I, can say this is exactly how I want my sales team to deliver the uncommon shopping experience. There is no more effective way to differentiate your self from the competition! I can say this from personal experience as I have been looking at cars for the past 4 weeks and have yet to encounter any sales rep with his skill set. A real asset to your organization.

    Horrible service.

    Horrible horrible place. Will never be returning or recommending this place to anyone. My car has been there 4 times in the past 2 months. Never once was offered a loaner car any of the times it's been there, been without a car for days at a time. Not to mention when it got dropped off one time for a tranny issue it had 3/4 of a tank and I got it back with 26 miles till empty....last and final time my car was there no one called me saying what was wrong or what they were doing to my car. I only got a call that it was done and what my total was....like what? Everyone that works there has no idea what their talking about and I'm sure I paid all that money last time (which my issue still isn't fixed) just for them to unplug my battery and call it "a software update" , they also wanted to tell me that my engine isn't covered under warranty?....I still have factory warranty...car currently has 27,000 miles....
