    Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dealership. Nivam provided some of the best customer service and hospitality and made us feel more welcomed. Buying a car here was a lot easier than it had been at previous dealerships I would definitely recommend this to anyone searching for a car.

    Carfax Scam

    Bought a car here 3 years ago with a “clean carfax” went today for a trade in at a different dealership and I was told that my vehicle has structural damage. Went to the dealership and they said they cant do nothing about it. Will be reporting this issue to the attorney general.

    We bought the car for the fifth time at Schaumburg Mazda. This time Mazda CX-9 Grand Touring AWD. Sales Consultant Jose Bejarano was very professional and very helpful. He promised a good deal and it happened. He showed us all the equipment of the car. If anyone wants to get a good deal I highly recommend this guy. Thanks for everything, Jose. The car is great.

    You guys do a great job selling, but never lease a car from you and turn it in after the lease, not buying a Mazda. Would never buy or recommend anyone buying from you. Had to contact Mazda Corp to turn in the car. 3 weeks later, then turn the car in. Your customer service needs help. Good luck.

    Jose was the best!

    This is our 2nd time leasing a vehicle at Schaumburg Mazda and both times were painless! Jose made the whole process worth doing again just not for 3 years since we traded in a 2016 Mazda CX-5 lease and leased a 2019 Mazda CX-5. The whole process took an hour and a half. We will see Jose again in 3 years!

    Bad salesman

    I’ve been to this dealer on several occasions. My most recent visit was the worst. As soon as I pulled in, a salesman was up in my face and wouldn’t give me room to talk to my father about picking out a car. He kept trying to take us inside the building to talk when all we wanted to do was look at the vehicles. He kept muttering “I make you deal, I make you deal” every 5 seconds. I mean, I understand you’re a salesman but at the very least, you can be a good one. Way too pushy and then he tried to convince me that he’d bring down a 2018 Mazda CX-3 from $19k to $12k for us. Okay yeah whatever. Ended buying a Mazda from a different dealer

    Contacted Napleton's Schaumburg Mazda after spotting a used car listing I was interested in. Got an email response from Marty Katz promptly and made arrangements for a test drive and to meet to answer basic questions and allowed me to continue negotiations when I was ready. I did so by email and Marty brought in the sales manager and general manager as needed to get the discounts I was pushing for. Extra bonus: since my wife was out of town and I wouldn't be able to pick up the car by myself, Marty and his colleagues brought the car to me (Schaumburg to Rogers Park - one hour each way) to deliver and sign paperwork.
