    Great Know-How
by Teflon Terry from Schaumburg, Illinois | May 05, 2012

I came in for a predriven Mazda3, and my salesperson showed me how I could get a new one for the same monthly payment, with a much better interest rate. I'd rather see my money devoted to getting more car, as opposed to paying it in interest. Thank you Napleton's, and Marty for your level of expertise.

    CX-5 Shopper
by Polski Shopper from Schaumburg | May 04, 2012

Bought a CX-5 from Schaumburg Mazda, they went out of their way to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. My salesman was a polish guy named Chris Sky, very professional and took care of me.

This is the shadiest dealership I have ever dealt with. Thank you to cars.com I was able to locate a car for a great price. When I arrived I asked for the car and they notified me that the car was sold, but they had a similar car (typical car dealership psychology). What really set me off, was that they tried selling the same car that was listed on cars.com. Thank you cars.com for listing the VIN#, as I was able to compare the cars after they gave me the new price 4K higher on the same car.

Schaumburg mazda internet price is not real
by David from Chicago | March 07, 2012

I talked to one their sale person. He told me that I have to qualify all the incentive they offer for internet price. When I told him what are those incentive, he said he will call me back to give me the best price available. I am still waiting that call. They are liar.

IF I COULD RATE DEALER LOWER THAN ONE STAR I WOULD
by Tennis Fan from Indiana | March 07, 2012

I went to this dealer to inquire about a vehicle from last model year. It was listed at a very good price, I assumed, because it was now the following model year and they wanted to sell this vehicle as soon as possible. I get there take the car for a test drive and come back to talk pricing with the salesman and all of the numbers that he and the sales manager presented me with were not even close to the price they had the car listed at. They said that all of the available "incentives" were added to the price of the car online and that i wouldn't necessarily qualify for all of them. The sales manager applied the ones that i supposedly qualified for and somehow the price came out to be almost exactly the same as the dealer asking price. When asked about the breakdown that went with this price, the salesman couldn't give me any clear details on how this number was reached. They also valued my trade-in at a ridiculously low number. This dealership does shady business and i would highly advise that no one go there for anything, unless you want to get the absolute worst deal possible for your trade-in and the vehicle that you are about to purchase. I took my business elsewhere and didn't have any of these problems. I guess its true you should always go with your first gut feeling, and that day mines was to walk out before i had even talked to any of the salesmen.

Don't waste your time at this place
by Bears Fan from Arlington Hts IL | November 14, 2011

I spent over 3 hours with a salesperson at this dealership and came out empty handed in the end because of their tricky and sleazy ways. They offered me one price on the internet and when I came in they increased it by $2500 (saying that internet prices are just marketing). During the negotiation process they also lowered the value of my trade-in when I changed my mind about the model I was going to purchase. Overall it was a horrible experience and people over there are nothing but con artists in dealership uniforms. Go somewhere else where you will be trated fair and with respect because you won't get that at Napleton's Schaumburg Mazda.

by tabitha from Chicago | October 17, 2011

This dealership is not a reflection of trusted mgmt and employees. My family and I were going to buy a car and had a horrible experience with mgmt and salesperson. We agreed on a price and when finalizing...they decided to change the price on us....over $2000! This dealership is the sneaky, dealerships you dont want to go to!Don't waste your time! Look at the reviews....they alone speak volumes!

Beware -Sales & Mgr are Not to be trusted!
by Disgusted Customer from Schaumburg | October 15, 2011

Went to the dealer yesterday for a used car that i found online. Service rep gave me a price. Left....and returned less than 24 to meet their price and was told that they could now not sell it for that price after research, and different manager, ext. The manager himself said, "I need to pay for the lights, bills ext, even after the rep comfirmed what he said. Then the manager continues to say we cant take debit because we get charged, when i told him i was going to place $200 of balance on my debit card. This dealership obviously does not care about their customers-new or used car....i would not go to this dealership. As it is, its hard to find a trustful dealership that looks out for return customers. This is not one I would bother with. If you want a Mazda-go elsewhere....beware of the lies and untrustful sales rep here!! When a sales person gives you a price and you match it..it should not be changed! Customers are not their priority!
