    I purchased a 2007 GMC Canyon from the dealership in September and remain quite happy with my vehicle. Gary Judd, in the Used Car Department, was extremely helpful after I had taken the vehicle off the lot and continued to offer great customer service after the truck had been purchased.     Called Russ Burkart from Honda service with a blown fuse. He told me to bring it in sometime so he could check it out. I had some time so drove over. He got the car right in and the fuse fixed without any hassle. He is a pleasure to work with which is why I have been working with him for more than 10 years.

    I have known Russell for more than 25 years. I met him when I purchased my very first Honda vehicle, an Accord, when Napleton’s Honda was in downtown Rockford. He was always able to have his mechanics take good, reliable and thorough care of all my four Honda vehicles including my current 2015 CR-V. He listened to my concerns and requirements. When I could not afford or did not want the recommended repairs, he immediately offered me alternatives and explained the consequences of those options. He scheduled the appropriate mechanic for the job based on repair needs. When mechanics were done, he was always able to translate complex automotive terms and procedures into something that I could understand. Sometimes he showed me automotive diagrams of the repaired parts. Sometimes he showed me tracking repairs and their causes stored in a computer system. He ensured that my needs were being fulfilled. As a result, we have a successful, trustworthy and friendly relationship. I have an excellent connection with his mechanics and dealership.
