    We bought a 2021 Atlas from Matt and the process could not have gone smoother. Matt was able to make my dream car a reality. He got us a fair value for our trade-in and the VW financing was super simple. Everyone we worked with was extremely friendly and no one seemed to mind that we had to bring our 3 year old son along with us (which, is not ideal when car shopping!). But, before we left, he was even given his very own "car"! If you are shopping for a VW, I highly recommend that you visit Matt at Nalley!

    Nalley VW incompetance has cost me dearly

    Purchased a new 2017 Touareg. Nalley mistakenly registered the vehicle in a different county than where I live. Then refused to help at all to correct their error. The Nalley attitude sums up to "too bad, so sad, your problem, not ours". If you prefer dealing with more honest dealers, Jim Ellis is worth the extra mile drive.

    Great - until I received the car

    I purchased a CPO vehicle from Nalley from out of state. To my surprise it was the easiest car buying experience ever! I was very pleased with Dustin he was super responsive and a great salesman. Everything was great....until I received the car. I paid $600 to have it delivered to my house. The courier calls me and tells me he won't deliver it to my house and I have to meet him at a truck stop which causes me a 40 minute drive. Strike 1. I get the vehicle home and begin to look it over more thoroughly than I had at the dodgy truck stop. A front chrome trim piece on my car is missing and the VW emblem on the front of my car has a small crack in it. Strike 2. I contact Dustin who again was very responsive and told me to take it to my local dealership to get it repaired under warranty. I did such and the local dealership rigged the repair as they said the actual repair would involve replacing the entire headlight and emblem with sensors at a cost of $1200 and they would not cover that. The service advisor at my local dealership says they'll work with Nalley to get these issues fixed at their cost since it was delivered to me this way. Nalley denies the fault is theirs and will not pay for damage. Strike 3. Next, trying to learn the controls on the car I engage the rear wiper blade only to find there was no wiper blade installed and now my rear windshield is scratched from the blade holder going across it. Strike 4. Clearly for the 100 point checklist for Certified Pre-owned vehicles at Nalley they check the box on the paper but not on the actual vehicle otherwise this NEVER would have occurred. Next the title dept at Nalley contacts me that they have my registration finally, yay! I receive the registration and my name is misspelled and am told the quickest way to get this resolved is for me to take it to my local BMV and have it corrected. Strike 5. In conclusion: Nalley did great at ease of purchasing, but once you sign your name on that contract don't plan on any assistance or customer service thereafter. This was my 1st Volkswagen purchase and surely will be my last.

    Incredible Service

    I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. I was shopping for a used car. Yasir Oraif worked with me individually and went above and beyond! Not only was he incredibly courteous, he made extreme efforts to adhere to the Covid sanitation guidelines and social distancing. I wish all car salespeople were like him. I did not even feel like I was at a car dealership, I felt more like I had a personal shopper to help me through the car buying experience. He not only showed me the car I was looking at, he also showed (texted) me cars that fit my criteria. No heavy sales tactics, no pressure, and no obnoxious comments. Thank you to Yasir Oraif for such great customer service.

    Sergiy was an excellent salesman, very diligent but not at all pushy. Ended up buying a CPO Volkswagen Touareg and Sergey made the process very easy. Answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. Everything about the dealership was very relaxed and professional and I recommend them.

    Left me fuming

    Long story short. I bought a certified pre-owned Passat from VW Jacksonville. Around 2 weeks after purchase the brakes were very flat and very hard. I took the car to Nalley Volkswagen in Alpharetta. This is where the fun begins: I had guarantees from Tom Bush Volkswagen in Jacksonville, who also spoke to Nalley Volkswagen in Alpharetta assuring them that payment of any repairs would be handled by Tom Bush Jacksonville. The service manager then decided after having spoken to Tom Bush sales manager that he was not prepared to do the work until the check arrived. The lack of good faith from Nalley VW to Tom Bush VW shocked me. If the branches can't trust each other why should the customers trust VW? The decision then fell to the service manager to ask for a guarantee in writing from Tom Bush that they would cover the cost as at this point it seems that Tom bushes word verbally was not good enough. The long and the short of it was that I was told to mosey on off with faulty brakes and as I understood faulty disks and calipers, as pointed out by the mechanic. Zero regard was given for my safety and zero regard was given to Nalley VW'S possible culpability had I been involved in an accident with no brakes. I called to complain and spoke to the general manager of the branch who flatly refused any wrongdoing on their part. I can say that had I had an accident that would have been on Nalley Volkswagen. Don't bother putting any complaints to the GM. You will get nowhere. The only good outcome of this was that the young man that helped me actually get my car serviced and repaired was absolutely brilliant at his job. I would use Tom Bush VW in Jacksonville for my services if they weren't 500 miles away.

    Went the extra mile...

    My daughter and I boight a used car last week here. We were a little worried about the “dealership” experience going in. We were pleasantly surprised st being helped quickly, although waiting for financing and papereork took a long time, they went the extra mile with our requests on the vehicle in several ways. Tom and Raul were great!! Thank you for a very good car buying experience! And the car is running great. :-)

    Today I purchased a 2018 Tiguan SE. I had the best experience at this dealership. Jeff Garrett sold my husband and I the car and not only did he go through all of the features in great depth, he also gave us the deal we were looking for. He even helped entertain the baby while we went over the agreement. This is my first VW and after this experience, I will definitely be purchasing additional VW's in the future and going to this dealership for service on my new car. I met with the managers to thank them and they were so kind. I've had several friends go to this place as well and they had the same experience as we did. Thanks JefNalley VW of Alpharetta, you guys made my day and I couldn'tn, the car and the people here.
