    4 minutes ago All I can say that this dealership goes up and beyond when it comes to service . I’m from New York State. I was on my way home from Florida with my family when my car broke down at a gas station near by. I called and got a tow truck and then called Murray Ford where it was being towed. It showed on google that the dealership was closed but I called anyways and to my luck Dave answered and I told him what was going on and he told us when we got there that he would take myself and my family to a hotel for the night. Now I was thinking that it’s late Saturday night and that there service department was not open till Monday and that we would have to wait till then. But when myself and family arrived at dealership I met Dave and his General manager Mitch and the they told me that they might be able to get one of the service techs to come in on Sunday if I were to give the service tech 100 dollars. I told them I would be more than happy to do that as we needed to get back home for work and for kids going back to college. So they got a service tech to come in on Sunday. They then drove us to hotel room for the night and told us they would pick us up at 12 noon on Sunday to bring us back to the dealership to wait while the mechanic worked on the vehicle. When they brought us back to dealership they went out of there way to make us feel at home. Offering us water and coffee. I also told them I might be interested in trading my car in and get a new one. So they brought out a Ford Explorer for me to test drive. So we test drove it came back and continued to wait for our car to be fixed. But all during that time they did not pressure me at all to purchase one of there vehicles. After about three hours the service tech got the car running and we were good to go back to New York State. I appreciate how the service tech came in on his day off with his little girl tagging along to fix my car. This is definitely the true meaning of southern hospitality. After the car was fixed and we payed the service technician we thanked everyone for how they treated us and said goodbye and that we would never forget there kindness and hospitality. What even topped off the drive home Dave there salesman called us during our drive to make sure everything was going ok and to have a safe drive home. I told him the next time I need a vehicle that I will drive down from New York State and purchase a vehicle from him. Also a final thank you to all at Murray ford that helped us from beginning to end

    This has to be one of the friendliest dealerships I have ever dealt with. After suffering through 8 hours at a Honda dealership a month ago to buy an accord we drive 70 miles to buy dads new truck, WHAT A DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE. Between David Strickland the salesman and Mike Sullivan the GM we couldn't have been better treated. I liked,the way they treated my,parents so well I went back yesterday and bought a new Edge for myself. Slip the high dollar Jacksonville dealerships amd,go be treated right.

    Kayla was a terrific salesperson. Her associate David was also very helpful. Coming to an agreement on price was quick and easy. The management team seemed to genuinely have interest in me as a person.

    I am a Kingsland local and struggled deciding whether or not to buy locally or go down to a Jacksonville dealer. I decided to stop in and give them a chance and was impressed beyond belief. They had exactly what I was looking for and got everything done in a timely manner. My sales associate was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had with honesty. This was the first time I bought a car and felt comfortable the whole time I was at the dealership. I highly recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle to go to Murray Ford!

    Staff was exceptionally knowledgeable and everyone was very friendly and polite. The manager disclosed the Carfax and the repair bill prior to our purchase. Very Impressed and I love my truck.

    Poor customer service by sales mgr. Sales mgr stated that if you test drive their car they will not return your ID they photo copied . They need to make you aware of this if you should want to test drive a car. He try’s to intimidate you, and you get a very uncomfortable feeling. Should not be dealing with customers. I purchased a new truck two years ago from this dealer when it was Murray ford, but will never return to this dealership again. I hope new owner reads this review, because this mgr. will hurt his sales and image.

    The most unorganized group of service representatives I have ever seen! Almost 2 weeks of wait just to get my car in for something not even my fault just a total lemon vehicle! And then only THREE loaner vehicles available! When I ask what should I do to get home, his response was "well I don't know" guess I have to walk! Never again!

    Never Murray Ford!!!!

    I went to this dealership in February of 2016 to purchase my first and last Ford vehicle. When I went I had perfect credit and a score over 800. Today thanks to Murray Ford, Fords and Ford Motor Credit I no longer have perfect credit, a credit score near 800 or the Ford truck. After having Ford Motor credit pushed on me by the sales manager verses using my bank (Vystar) I decided to let them run the loan with Ford Motor Credit. I waited for my invoice to make my first payment ....after some time and no invoice I finally called Ford Motor Credit who then told me that I was late on my payment. After explaining that I didn't get an invoice, no account number, no address to send payment he simple said no issue just make you payment now by phone for an additional charge. NO! Send me my invoice and do it on time. Mailed check the next day. Got concerned when no invoice showed up the next month so at this point I have had 6 people tell me how Ford Motor Credit messed up their credit..... so I got worried and decided rather than take a chance I would send them the balance...pay it off ....54,000.00 paid......done. Paid off within 3 months of purchasing it. One year later the truck shuts off in the middle of Hwy 40. No warning, no issues, just going down the road and shuts off. Almost caused a major wreck and it's 90° hottest day we had in 2017 at that point and I can actually see Murray Ford from where I set....like half a mile if that. I call the ford place explain my situation and the fact that they should be able to see me from where they are....they tell me they can't help me that I have to call a service number ¿¿....really? Joke right? Nope!!!!! ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿ So I call....they will have a tow truck come as soon as one can come get me....after I answer many silly almost survey questions ¿¿¿¿¿. I set.....1 hour. So as soon as my truck got fixed under warranty.....I traded it..... Done! Never again Murray Ford or Ford vehicle. Then I find they have posted a ding OVER 30 days late on my credit. After calling Mr. Murray, Ford Motor Credit and talking with Murray Ford in Kingsland trying to get it corrected....no one will help and basically tell me my problem. So if you just feel the need to take a chance on a vehicle and buy a ford don't do it from a Murray Ford, never ever use Ford Motor Credit and do not believe ALL the positive reviews on here.     I gave Murray Ford of Kingsland all 5 stars because they deserved it. I, or my sons have bought 4 vehicle's from this dealership in the last 2 years.T hole experience is non stressful. The staff is by far the best in the business. I had a slow leak in one of my tires. First took it to Tire Kingdom to get it fixed and they could not get to it today.(WHAT, A SLOW LEAK) maybe would take 3 minutes to fix? I then took the car to Murry Ford and they took it right in and repaired it. At no cost. For the past two years, Murray Ford has supplied a 15 passenger Ford van for the local VFW post 8385 to use for shuttle service for their New Years Eve event. That is Cumminuity service. I would and do recommend them to my friends. BRYAN T.
