    We have owned nissan cars for 40 yrs . Dropped off murano for oil change the courtesy van dropped us off at walmart had to stay 4 hrs still couldn't get an answer at nissan so had to take an Uber back to nissan still not sure if they serviced it no sticker in the window

    Seen it on line call about it they call me about it me and wife went look at it they work with me about payment clean when I got it full gas sale lady answer any thing about it ask if I need any thing show thing on dash

    There is a car the listed online (grand am 2002 for $1994) that does not exist. I called to set up a test drive, was scheduled, and then called back about 30 SECONDS later to be told "the car didnt pass safety inspection". He said his manager "just told him". This is a bait car. There is NO way they tested it in 30secs or that the manager told him just right then lol ik it was bait because we ran a little test. 1. They called back the next morning with false apologies and to try to sell me a more expensive car. 2. I waited a few days, the car is still posted. 3. I had a friend call about the car a few days after me since it was still posted. They were told the car was available and then called back and given the "oh no it just sold. But if you want we have this other car..." total bait car. Will never get any business from me or my company if this is how they treat their customers. If you wouldn't have lied, chances are, I would have walked away with a car from that lot anyways.....my car was totaled by a distracted driver and I just needed to buy a car, so I would have gotten one from them anyways. Because they lied, and tried to bait me at such a xxxxty time in my life, they lost a customer and will NEVER get my business.

    I bought a car almost a year ago from the CPO part of the dealership. Car looked good at first sight until when you really look at it when you get the time (4 hr drive got me tired). Anyways, starting driving back home, there was shaking due to unbalanced wheels. Fixed that, but the dealership shows they did a fresh re balance on the tires... After looking at the car more thoroughly at home, here were the issues: Front bumper repaired and repainted Front fender liners damaged Underpanel / splash shield missing Rear bumper repainted Left side rocker panel damaged Within a week, I called and talked to an employee over the phone and told me he would get with his manager. Took pictures and explained all the problems. Told me he would get back with me. After countless emails, phone calls, and voice mails, no response. They never pick up the call or anything... At this point, I felt like I got the car at a reasonable price after negotiating so no harm done. At the end, I wish they told me the problems before selling me the car. I know the this is a late review but just wanted to put it out there as it seems they keep changing ownership from what I can see.

    We have bought 5 cars from this dealership in the past. I knew within minutes of arriving that the dealership had changed ownership. The salespeople had a different approach, vehicles were non- negotiable and they had a “we are doing you favor” attitude. The sales offer I received had more padding than a mattress and was significantly higher than the internet price listed for the same vehicle. I tried multiple times to contact them for a better offer and no messages were returned. There are many other Nissan nearby dealerships that would appreciate my business and I just found out we are now buying 2 Nissans instead of 1. Their loss.
