    I went to look at a used GMC Savana. I noticed a couple of things leaking, power steering and ac, I said I was interested as long as these were fixed, I was assured that these would be fixed. Went back with my husband and said we wanted it. They took the van away to their service center, two hours later it came back, I noticed the ac was still leaking, they took it away again, then the ac was not working!! They took it away again, came back saying it was fixed. Drove the van home, 90 minute drive, checked everything and the power steering fluid was empty and the ac was leaking!! Called and made arrangements to bring the van back to get these fixed, they had the van for a few days and said the power steering was a high pressure hose problem and they fixed it, the ac was a foam seal, that they said they would not fix as it would cost too much!! Four times they told me it was fixed!! If you buy any vehicle from this dealer, make sure everything is fixed before you sign any paperwork and drive away, do not trust that they will fix it afterwards.

    4 Car purchases later, still a happy customer

    I've bought 4 automobiles from Mullinax Ford in Apopka: Escape, Explorer, and 2 F-150's and I've been happy each time. I've been working with Brian Serrage for most of these and he's been great to work with: no pressure to buy, he just facilitates the process and makes it easy. Twice now Brian has impressed me with his "above and beyond" approach where I wanted to test drive a car/truck so I called him up and gave him the details. By the time I showed up, the vehicle was outside the office, ready to go. Each time I've felt ready to make the purchase, Brian has already had the paperwork ready to go before I arrive and I'm just ready to go into financing to do the paperwork. I'm sure there is a lot of wasted time on Brian's part for the times when I'm not purchasing a car, but it surely impresses me when I do. One thing I do wish Mullinax did was give a little something for repeat/loyal customers. I know they don't negotiate prices, "upfront pricing" is their motto, but it'd be nice to have them throw in a small upgrade or do something a little above-and-beyond to show their appreciation, because at the end of the day, we're talking a good deal of money is being spent on these cars.

    Everyone from the phone agent to the sales reps were helpful and professional. The dealership's "no dealer fees" policy sets them apart! Highly recommend!! Easy to get to location, too.

    Yesterday service was the best, like before

    I had a pretty bad experience two days ago with two of the Service department reps. When I picked my truck yesterday, Adam Reid took care of me. What a difference. Dave in the main shop and Dominick in the Quick Lane Shop seemed like they didn't want to work on that day. We all are in stress for all this Virus situation and we get it, but if you have problems, you shouldn't pass them to your costumers. I've been doing business with this dealer for about 14 years and everybody was always so nice. Just like Adam and the other gentleman with him yesterday. I didn't get his name, but he was also very polite. Hopefully this stays like it use to be. Thanks to Adam again.

    I wouldn't recommend this dealership

    Everything was perfect until the payment was done. But after the deal was finalized, everything changed. When the vehicle was delivered to our home address, the service light was on. They told me that the maintenance was taken care of by them but unfortunately that was not the case. I asked couple times if they could send me a service record showing what was fixed, but I never got an answer from them for a whole month. I finally brought my car to a Mercedes Service and solved the problem. In addition, the car has missing parts which they acknowledged and noted on my bill that they would send it to my address. I never received the missing parts and whenever I tried to contact them I got contradicting answers. First they told me they already sent them; after that they indicated they were still waiting on a part and finally this week they said they actually received the parts but they wouldn't fit in my vehicle. And they are still debating if those parts come with the vehicle or not even though they did acknowledge that the parts were missing when I purchased the car . After a month of not answering my questions properly, they contacted me today asking me to bring back my vehicle so that they can change the tires with the proper ones and telling me that they can pay for an oil change (not the whole service but the oil change only!!! I am sorry but I don't need your $30) and full tank of gas (as the whole trip for me would take at least 3 hours-- again I don't need your $30 and my time is a lot more valuable than that). To sum up, if you are planning to purchase a vehicle from them, make sure you get everything you are supposed to get with the purchase! And make sure that every detail about the purchase is written and signed. I wouldn't recommend this dealership as they definitely do know how to properly deal with the clients after the purchase is made.

    Amazing Car Buying Experience!!!

    After disappointment at a couple of other dealers. We went to Mullinax for a specific car we saw online. From the greeting to the time we drove off with the car, we felt at ease and taken care off. The salesperson did not try to upsell us, and always kept us informed during the process. If there was one thing I would change (and this is a stretch)... is that the coffee bar could be upgraded.

    WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!

    This dealership is the worst I have ever seen in regards to service. I made an appointment for a Saturday service through the Ford Pass app. Appointment was set and I received email confirmation. Arrived 10 min before appointment time. I was told by the Quick service person that there was 15 people ahead of me and would be 2 hours before they could get me in. I asked what was the point of making an appointment if I was going to have to wait like everyone else. He said they don’t make appointments for Saturday’s. So he calls over to the main service area. At this point I learned there was two service areas. He sends me to the other area and said they will take care of me. After waiting another 10 minutes for that service manager ask me what was my issue. I explained about my appointment and what the other person said. He then calls the other service person walks outside so I can’t hear his conversation the returns back to tell me he can’t help me. I go out to my vehicle he then brings another manager over to my car so I can explain the story again to him. As I am explaining the situation one manager interrupts me and the new manager didn’t even pay attention to me while I am explaining what happened. The worst experience ever! DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANYTHING! You will regret it
