  The entire experience was fantastic. Jeremy focused on my satisfaction and committed himself to complete the deal. The financing department handled the deal equally as well. Informing me of what I needed made the transaction seamless. It was a pleasure purchasing a vehicle from Motor World and I look forward to the same experience in the future!

  This was my first purchase in 14 years so I was not looking foward to truck shopping. I called my son who purchased vehicles there and is happy with his purchases. My brother Jerome is also a regular there so it was obvious where I needed to start. My son called Wesley for me and I'm happy with my purchase. I explained to him what I wanted and that's what i got , he didn't try to push me into anything I didn't want

  False advertising

  Responded to a car fax ad, spoke with salesman, had pictures sent, expressed interest and planned on making the trip. Then email came up, adding $1500 to the price. No effort to accept responsibility for the switch, just a glitch they said. The price was reasonable, then it was not. Bad business. Big company-why not make a smaller profit and sell it at the advertised price?

  Excellent service, the team worked efficiently to make my experience quick and ease free. Dan Jannuzzi was friendly and very helpful. I went in interested in a vehicle I saw online, it was sold already when I arrived but Dan helped me find another car I loved even more!!

  Buyer Beware

  Drove 2.5 hours to purchase a vehicle. Already had financing. Car was dirty, not cleaned at all. Told we would have to wait over an hour for car to be detailed. Car was in worse condition than pictures online. Leather had tears. Door panels and keyless ignition had unrepairable damage. Exterior had tons of scratches down to the metal, several holes in both bumpers. There was an issue with the stearing. Dealer was not willing to fix it, said "we didn't feel anything". Two separate buyers drove the vehicle, both said the stearing was not working properly. We were lied to by online salesperson. Lied to by in person salesperson. Told they could not work with our credit union and we would have to use their finance company. We agreed, filled out all their forms. Final price was $1700 more than original agreed on price. We were informed after driving 2.5 hours and sitting in the dealership for 3 hours that the car had a recall and they could not sell to us. Basically waisted an entire day, felt like we were not treated respectfully. Will never recommend this company to anyone.

  Was treated with great politeness and respect. The experience of buying the car was easy and quick and the staff were extremely helpful in helping me to make the right decision. Highly recommended to anyone in the market for buy a pre-owned vehicle.

  Demi Lamana rocks!!

  If you are in the market you should absolutley consider Motorworld!! I had no idea what I was looking for when starting the search for my next vehicle. Then Demi Lamana appeared. She was beyond patient with me and helped me to get into a car that I love. She is by far the best sales consultant I have ever worked with. I highly recommend Demi!!!
