    I lease my cars and my present lease with another dealer is going to expire in April. I was doing research and thought I'd look at a Hyundai. I stopped into Motorworld. Met with Bill. the conversation was wonderful. Bill understood my situation and took my information and along with the team he put togethersome figures. We set up an appointment time. My wife and I met with David Chesko another one of the professionals at Motor world. Hyundai had some excellent deals running. Dave and the team put together a package that made it easy to work with our present lease and lease a new Hyundai. What a novel idea listen to the customer, use their imagination and presented the benefits of their proposal. It was a team effort. They answered questions. We went in to look at a car with the idea it would be another 3 months until we were ready. The Motorworld team gave us respect and solved our situation. In the end we went home with a new car from Motorworld. Thanks to the Team at Motorworld.

    Take your car somewhere else if you can

    My car broke down on me 2 hours away from home. The initial shop I was towed to told me my engine was done and I needed a new one. I have a lifetime engine warranty and this was common in sonatas, unfortunately it took a month for anyone to even look at my car at motor world. So, I had to pay for a rental for a month. Then they got it in, had the wrong phone number written down, so they didn't even start looking at my car until 4 days after my appointment because they couldn't reach me to get my permission. It wasn't until I called for an update they moved forward. So more money going into a rental for their negligence. I then get a call saying it was a simple fix and everything is good to go. I requested they test drive it again to be sure because it was unlike anything I had ever seen; took another 3 days. Finally went and picked it up, with no rental reimbursement. I had it back for maybe 2 weeks before my car broke down on me on the highway. I luckily was able to slowly make it off an exit without being hurt or hurting someone else. Got it towed to the hyundai dealer near me and oh hey I needed a new engine. The customer service at motor world was awful and the service members unwillingness to talk to me, call me back, or answer my questions was beyond frustrating. Definitely DO NOT recommend wasting your time here. I feel lucky to be alive.

    This is the second season where I purchased a set of fleet vehicles (4 to 5) for my company off a sales associate Lenny Urban. We have not had any challenges with any of the prior Elantra' SEL that we purchased. Gas mileage and warranty our outstanding compared to the competition. I would recommend you speaking to Lenny as he is competent is educating you on the different makes and models. Process overall was simple and MotorWorld has been accommodating to our needs.

    Absolutely ignorant. They severely low balled my trade in. And then when I showed them the kelly blue book value direct from their website he dismissed me and made it seem like I was stupid. Absolutely horrible customer service for my experience.
