    Stephanie Teng was a breath of fresh air. I was not very sure between Lexus or BMW . Stephanie made it easy for me to make up my mind by her professional help . I not only bought a Preowne d BMW SUV but went home smiling that I made the right choice. My wife was very impressed with Stephanie know of her craft.     Worst sales experience I've ever had.

    By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I first visited the dealership about two weeks ago when I went in to test drive an M2 base. I was "helped" by Stephanie Teng, who was able to get the car keys for the test drive but was completely ignorant about anything related to the car's features. I decided that the M2 base was not the right car for me and that perhaps I'd be more interested in an M2 Competition. I received a call from Stephanie on 10/7/20 inviting to come in to test drive an M2 competition that they had just received. This car was exactly the right color, mileage and within the price range I had been looking for. I went in for a test drive on 10/10/20 with Stephanie who once again could not answer basic questions I had about the car. I knew that if I were to go through with the purchase, it would not have been with her. When we got back from the test drive I asked if I could take a look at a similarly priced M3 competition that was parked next to the M2. Having never driven one, I felt it would be a wise choice to compare the two. Stephanie agreed to go inside to get the keys and more information on the car, but instead of that, Ryan Vandeest, used car sales manager, came out and turned the sales experience from completely unhelpful to plain rude and disrespectful. Ryan suggested that I was there only to joy drive the cars with no interest in buying one. He said that it was their sales policy to not allow potential buyers to test drive used M performance cars. He also said that if I wanted to drive the M3 I would have to go inside with him and run the numbers. I was baffled by the fact that he wanted to run my credit in order to test drive a car. I understand the dealerships' concern about younger customers such as myself driving used cars with no intention of purchasing. But Ryan did not come out to explain that concern in a way that would make me feel inclined to purchase a car from them. He came out with the intention of getting rid of me so that I would not waste their time. His body language, tone of voice and choice of words were simply disrespectful. He even suggested that my business was not valued because they "sell over 300 cars every month". I will never visit this dealership again. I am still looking to purchase a car, but perhaps the Audi RS3 is the better choice anyway :)

    Outstanding and courteous service

    We were driving through and stopped at a hotel for the night. Our car was broken into during the night with windows smashed. The dealer was extremely helpful. They cleaned the broken glass off the interior and put a board on the window so we could drive home to South Dakota. All for no charge. They were wonderful. Highly recommend.

    The Ultimate Shopping Experience

    Anthony Borrell was the salesman’s salesman. Always positive, upbeat, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. There was never a question he didn’t have an answer for, and always treated me with respect. The facility itself was just as upscale as their vehicles. Truly, a memorable experience.

    We have been shopping for a new car for a few months. We had previously been up to the Mercedes dealer in Maplewood where we had a terrible sales experience. The Sales Manager there had little knowledge of the cars and made us feel like he didn't have to try to sell the car because he was not hurting for business (his words). So we went to BMW. COMPLETELY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE! Shawn Simonet was our salesman and he was very professional and helpful. My indecision was not an inconvenience for him. He was patient and helped us narrow down the features we were looking for. It was a really pleasant experience and I am so happy with my new X7. I suggest if you are in the market for a new car, you go talk to Shawn.
