    What a hassle trying to get my $50 Visa "Thank You

    After receiving a voucher for a $50 Test Drive I drove 35 miles to dealer. Could not get together on price and left awaiting my $50 Visa. When I got no conformation I contacted salesperson said he said it would be coming via email. When I got no email I contacted salesperson he said it would take 2-3 months. When I told him he was incorrect he emailed me back and said he meant 2-3 days(4 days had already passed) When I contacted him again I finally received it electronically. It felt like they were trying to avoid paying out on the voucher which they offered . I would not feel comfortable buying a car from this dealership or servicing my car at this dealership because I feel they would try and get away with whatever they could. I don`t want to deal with any company that I have to "watch my back"

    Cannot say enough about Howie and Motion Kia to buy a Telluride. Howie was patient, no pressure, and did not treat me like just another person. He took his time, made sure to get me the best deal and was a million times better than when I purchased a Telluride for my wife. Would recommend to all.

    I hope this helps one person before it’s removed. If I could give it negative stars, I would. Buyer beware at this place for sure. They got me good. I trusted them. The car salesman stigma is real with these guys. Checked out a used car from them a couple months ago. I could tell there were a few things wrong. Spoke to the service manager personally who told me there was an oil leak and a hose with a leak. I thanks him for his transparency and honesty. What a fool I was. Agreed on a price and also spoke to the financing agent about extended coverage. Mistake number 2. Went over how it covers the power train, transmission and 4WD. The mechanic I went to called to get the scoop on the warranty because the vehicle had soooooo many more issues. Come to find out that the coverage is only covers a small percentage of the powertrain, transmission and 4WD. I called and spoke to a salesperson that said he would send me the paperwork to cancel. He never did. And was an xxx about it. I finally got the guy I originally spoke to (Bloom) and he did take care of it. Here’s the kicker. He never mentioned that if I cancel, that’s fine but my payment won’t go down,, it stays the same. Apparently they just mail a check to the bank. I will follow up to see what the actual numbers are. Another chalk up to a loss. Now, back to the vehicle that the “service manager” was so nice in going over the small issues. Well it turns out, I needed all new suspension, catalytic converters, new headers to replace a cracked manifold upon a ton of other things. I’m about $7,000 into repairs on this bad boy. I do take some fault in this. Because I trusted them. I did ask if I had any recourse if I purchase, go right to a mechanic and if there is too much work to do, return it. Answer is no. As is. Once again. I made that choice by trusting. Bottom line. Don’t be me. Don’t trust these guys. Do your due diligence and just stay away. Oh. As far as the salesman. I dunno. He was nice. But I do t know how much he knew or didn’t know to make an assumption of guilt on his part. But, as they say. You are like the company you keep.

    Just contacted for a used car. Got way too many emails. Then decided it was too far away. Too aggressive but selection was impressive. Not worth traveling so far.

    I’ve purchased over 10 new and used cars in my life from a variety of places. Motion is by far the best. No tricks or games; everything is layer out on the table, and they work to help you meet your goal. Mike S and Steve M are great guys, and Orlando in Finance is top notch. I won’t ever go anywhere else as long as this team is intact. Have bought two vehicles from these guys so far.

    Everyone was helpful and could not do enough to get us on our way with a beautiful Kia Optima. We had already shopped around so knew what we wanted. I called Motion and they asked what we would like in the vehicle. When we arrived they had exactly what we wanted for a great price.     Third time in nine years leasing or buying from Motion Kia, as always a smooth transaction. Our sales consultant, Howie, was a pleasure to work with during the entire no pressure process. Sales manager, Mike, crunched the numbers until we were comfortable with the payments and Orlando, in finance, wrapped it up. Shout out to Sherrod, amazing attention to detail, our Sorento was spotless! We always feel as if we are spending time with friends rather than leasing or purchasing a new car.
