    I came here looking to buy a used Lexus IS 200t. When I walked in, I was greeted by a salesman named Montrell Moore. He is courteous, patient, and seems like an overall cool guy. We couldn’t reach a deal but he worked hard on trying to make the customer happy. I highly recommend him and be sure to request him!

    Extortion, poor service

    Even though I have spent thousands of dollars here and been in countless times I was extorted for $100. They refused to release my truck to me unless I paid it. They dropped the ball and didn’t look at my truck for 4 days. When the date came where I said I needed it back by, 5 days to check tires and a horn, they had not looked at it until 330 the day before and said it would not be ready as they had to order parts. I said don’t do any work I’m coming to get it in the morning because I need it for work. They said that’s fine but it’s still $100 or they wouldn’t release it. It was very obviously there Mess up. This is a very poor way of doing business. Poor integrity and clearly no concern for customer loyalty. I will never be back.

    Will never bring my truck in for service at this place. As it was under warranty. Had to pay 600 buck. Ran worst then before.

    Worst and most unprofessional dealers ever been to

    Only reason I gave one star is, otherwise it wouldn't let me post. This is the worst car dealership that we have ever been to. The new car sales manager was very unprofessional, very rude and disrespectful. The sales man promised to work with us on the price of the car that we chose and we drove from Batonrouge to New Orleans just because of the trust we had, when we drive there they are totally unprofessional implying that we are wrong. The worst ever, I suggest no one should ever go to dealers like these, its not just about money when we shop for cars but it's about respect and trust we place in each other.

    Lies, Tricks, More Lies

    Spoke with a salesman and we agreed on a trade value of $40,900. He came back saying he got me more money. I asked how, to which he stated he was able to give me a rebate by putting my truck "in the deal." I looked at the numbers and immediately realized he used my tax credit to make the number look bigger when he was actually trying to trick me into taking $2900 less for my trade. He tried to trick me into taking $38,000 for my trade and hoped I would be blinded by the slightly larger total number. I immediately called him out on it and told him I would not be dealing with Mossy ever again. He sent me several text messages apologizing. Too late.

    I sent email to inquire about a Jeep Grand Cherokee and the only response I received was an automatic response telling me someone would contact me shortly did. The missed a sell because we purchased a Jeep almost identical 3 days later.
