    As always the service was great and the reps were nice and accommodating. Only issue was the long wait for what was supposed to be the mid-level maintenance (tire-rotation, fluids, etc...). Turns out the recall on the air bags needed to be done, which I greatly appreciate and thanked the rep. I just wish I knew that was being worked on a couple of hours earlier so I could've made other arrangements.

    The courteous service I received upon arriving was very nice. They took me in very fast. The wait for my can was only 1 hour. This included the recall check and changing the battery. I was given all the information regarding the battery and the cause for the problem - one cell was dead. The price of the battery was not that bad. Cassandra was very helpful in letting me know what was going on with my car. I appreciate the way my service was handled.

    I didn't expect to have to wait over five hours, but I was notified of necessary repairs and I feel they were done in a timely manner. I received a discount on the bill, for which I am truly grateful. A word of advice to people waiting for maintainence/service, wait quietly, be nice, in other words be a decent human being.
