I would of preferred one person maybe 2 at the most So I went with another dealer whom I only had to speak with one person. Also Moss I had to buy dealer installed options which I did not want. The one I bought did not have any dealer installed options.

Only issue was the long wait for what was supposed to be the mid-level maintenance (tire-rotation, fluids, etc...). Turns out the recall on the air bags needed to be done, which I greatly appreciate and thanked the rep. I just wish I knew that was being worked on a couple of hours earlier so I could've made other arrangements.

This included the recall check and changing the battery. I was given all the information regarding the battery and the cause for the problem - one cell was dead. The price of the battery was not that bad. Cassandra was very helpful in letting me know what was going on with my car. I appreciate the way my service was handled.
