  I was very pleased with the service I received from the moment I stepped into the lot. I was greeted by Melissa who was very charming. She showed us a vehicle with a lot of enthusiasm.   Great investigation

  I had been having issues with my external temperature indicator (not being displayed) 
 And my inside thermostat value showing only Celsius. It took a 
 while, but they narrowed it down to chewed wires in the engine 
 area. I had had a rat, during the summer, storing figs from my 
 fruitless fig tree in the engine area. They ended up soldering the wires
 back together that fixed the problem.

  Ive been taking my Camaro since I got the car (2015). I took it in for intermediate service. I had an appointment time for 8am. I was told it would take about 1-1/2 hrs to complete. I stuck around, no problem since I brought something to read and eat. I didnt get my car until almost 11. Im not disappointed or anything, to be completely satisfied my car would have been done closer to 9:30ish than 11.

  Not greeted upon arrival, specifically asked to top off all fluids and getting home my coolant light turned on that it is low. Does Moss Bros mechanics even verify or just automatically check off their list. Overall it was ok I guess.
