    I went to the dealership to look at and purchase a used Hyundai Santa Fe that was being advertised. Upon arrival I was never greeted by anyone, I had to find someone to speak to. Once I did get to speak to someone, they had to call the sales manager who did promptly come. Edmond was very friendly and I felt that we would get along fine. He then handed me off to someone who handled online sales who handed me off again to another young lady who also did the online sales. She went to pull the car out so that I could take it for a test drive. Oops, the car did not want to run, so they had to get a technician to get it started. I took it for the SHORT test drive and it did sound fine and I was ready to talk pricing. We, the young lady and I, went into the office where I made my offer and she gave me her numbers and they didn't match very well. So now it was time for Edmond to come and get me to understand why I needed to pay that price they had come up with. Well I did come up $1000 toward his pricing and he came down $600 toward my numbers. Edmond was explaining to me how I needed to understand his position and that his price was so good and I needed to pay it. I explained it to him that I didn't feel he was low enough yet and he needed to give more. Well that's when he lost his cool, threw the paper and told me that he wouldn't sell me ANY car, as I was walking out. All this drama and I had a very large check in my pocket for the down payment AND the financing all in place for the purchase. He only needed to come down another $300 and I would have taken the deal. I left the dealership and went to another and bought the same car for less.

    Horrible Customer Service

    I had a horrible experience here today. I dealt with mike lara and he was very unprofessional he did not answe the phone at all when inquiring about my car dont deal with this dealership or Mike Lara. I also paid for an alignment but car feels like they didnt do one.

    This dealer was really rude by saying that I was wasting their time because I did not buy a new car. But they saw my children saying they wanted to go home. I will never waste my time and children been hungry to just waste a dealer time. I really wanted a new car. But just because I need time to get the numbers and to talk to my partner about this new car. They even Run my credit to see if I qualify to buy a car. They still saying that i wasted their time. I don?t believe that one should make you buy something that you are not happy to buy jet, And they where doing exactly that. They may me feel if it was my fault about not buying a car. ?

    Since purchasing my 2018 Cruze RS from MK Smith, I have had nothing but great experiences with them. They do a very thorough job with service, and checking service monitor lights. I?d recommend this dealer 11/10.

    So I went to this dealer because they had a 2ss I wanted and it dropped in price. Did a trade but wasn’t very satisfied in the end. (So far the car is good) the way they inflate the tax title and license fees(tried to charge me 700 when I showed them the app that the fee was actually 375 they said the app had something wrong with it. They used it as a way to “lower” a cars price. In the end I bought the car, still waiting for them to call me to change a tire because the side wall was damaged and they agreed to fix it. (Get everything in writing) unfortunately I was excited about the car I forgot to look under the paper they put on the floor boards and boom no floor mats. Only gave me 1 key every thought they said they would look into it. They are very vague with their answers as to not get stuck with giving something for free. Would I come back? Don’t know as of yet. Maybe if they reached out and gave me my floor mats and key. Would I recommend to a friend? Maybe but I’ll tell him to pay attn.

    They are quick to sell you a car but they are not great at helping their client out. Bought a car there and never returning nor recommending family here. Regret the car we bought but now we can’t return due to “no return” signed contract that you have to sign. Don’t buy here. I would have returned the car a long time ago.

    The whole process was a scam, complete xxxxxxxx. I wouldn’t walk away, I would run as fast as you possibly can from this place. If you feel like something might be wrong with the transaction, that’s because they’re lying.

    I was looking for specific features in a Chevy Bolt. They responded very quickly and explained the available discounts clearly. They provided "out the door (OTD)" quotes, which is very helpful so you can compare apples to apples. Unfortunately, they didn't have a car with the add-ons I wanted.
