    Best car purchase I've ever made. Excellent service and follow up. Mine was an out of state purchase and couldn't have gone smoother. I would use this dealer again.

    Very Unpleasant and Disappointing

    An absolutely awful group of people and business. Not only did I got sold a lemon, but I was charged for the dealership fees twice to replace the car which had serious engine issues, a broken AC, and a blown out stereo system, they were very rude and dismissive, their service department couldn’t fix a thing, and they lied to my face about the services they offer. I felt like they just wanted to shut me up instead of help me, after I had to pay $300 to get the whole transmission replaced not even two months after buying the car! All this happened after someone ran into my car and totaled it, so one nightmare became a whole other nightmare because of this dealership. Lets me know I can never buy a car without a man with these jerks.

    Always know the Price of the car out the door before anything, if Not Rick (SM) will F***you up with his price of the car. Be careful they make you sing a no dad review form about theme during the paper work cat buy.

    Best experience ever with a car dealership

    Aside from the fact that the Mini Cooper is far superior to other small cars in its class, the service provided by the Wesley Chapel dealership is second to none. We're not great fans of car shopping and seriously dislike being pressured by sales folks. What a pleasant surprise for us to meet up with Chris Alba. Chris was exceedingly patient, friendly and professional in every way. He spent far more time listening and learning about our likes & dislikes than would ever be expected. We felt that he was actually trying to help us find the perfect ride as opposed to simply trying to make a sale. After considering our specific wants and needs, he showed us many possible options. However, he was not able to produce the exact car we wanted for the price we were able to pay. When we told him that we would need to continue our search, he was as polite and affable as ever. Chris expressed none of the blatant disappointment that so often follows a no-sale . Instead he spent the next day or so looking for the perfect match for our needs. Voila ... he found the right car at the right price within an exceptionally short period of time. The timeline went like this: we dropped by on a Saturday afternoon and by the following Tuesday we were the proud owners of the perfect vehicle. We love our "new" preowned Mini and look forward to a continuing positive relationship with Chris and the Mini Cooper dealership of Wesley Chapel. Chris Alba really did go the extra mile (& perhaps farther) for us and we are sincerely grateful. I would be remiss if I didn't at least mention Travis Moll, the gentleman who finalized our paperwork. He too was delightful to work with and made the testy job of signing all those documents an enjoyable experience. In conclusion, if a new or preowned Mini is in your future, call Chris; you'll be glad you did!

    I came to Mini of Wesley Chapel today looking for a specific vehicle. I worked with Pete and Eric. I got a great deal on the exact vehicle that I was looking for. This is a great dealership that knows how to treat customers. I would highly recommend.

    Had a fantastic buying experience, it was more like hanging out with friends than buying a car. Got an excellent price on the new Mini, and a great price for my trade. They had more of a selection on the model i was looking for than any other dealer. Cant say enough about the people there, from the Service Manager to the Finance Manager everyone was great. Our Salesman Tony was great. If your in the market for a new or used car check out the crew at Mini of wesley Chapel. Very happy customer.

    One of our best buying experiences in 40 years of buying cars. Found what we liked via the web at a sale price, but dealer was a couple of hours away. Phone call verified availability and the price ... some add on's to price were mentioned but I made a "buy it today" offer that was quickly negotiated so we drove over. I'd have to say I was ready for SOMETHING to crop up to boost the price. That did not happen. Our 'helper' Chris Alba quickly saw we were serious, no nonsense buyers and conveyed that to the required 'sales managers' ..... We did not quite hit my target of "in and out in 1 hour" ... but we left happy and Mrs (it is her car) feels no buyer's remorse after 2 weeks ..... A FIRST!
