  I've bought cars from dealerships, perhaps more than most people. Maybe it's just me, but I seem to get pushy and condescending salespeople that end up making me feel unappreciated. The experience my wife and I had at Mini of Honolulu was the complete opposite. Matt was a confident and gracious host that helped us find the right vehicle for our family and adventurous lifestyle. He was patient and knowledgeable, able to answer our many questions with confidence and ease. Nicholas, the "Money Guy" was extremely helpful in explaining our choices and making the buying process a breeze with his digital signature system. I dare say the process was fun! I was out of there faster than I had ever been at a dealership before. I can only speak from me and my wife's experience, which was very positive. I sincerely recommend giving the guys at Mini a try. They are an experienced and efficient crew, and it is my wish they continue to bring joy to others who are looking for their next vehicle.

  Just had the best experience at Mini of Hawaii! Bought a darling white 4 door and am in heaven. Matt Bonder was a joy to work with from beginning to end. The attention to detail and arranging everything for me in advance of my arrival on Maui was impeccable. Nick Gebers on the financial handled all details in record time — great to work with him as well. Mini of Hawaii ROCKS!!!

  Mini buyers beware

  Went to get an oil change which was told was covered to find out upon arrival expired a month before and would be over $100. Also battery that is just 3 years old will need replaced and isn’t covered under warranty. I was warned Mini’s parts are junk and expensive to repair. I didn’t listen. Maybe this review will help others when choosing to buy.

  Don't get me wrong,service was great with Barry.But was curious what they would give me for a trade in after purchasing two mini one for $14,000 and another one for $28,000 just one month prior for a JCW.$28,000 Is what they wanted to give me for bought

  Car wouldn’t start at the end of the day. It didn’t matter that it was late, MINI of Hawaii took my car and was able to work on it overnight. Got me going quickly the next day.
