    Rude salespeople, poor detailing, unfair pricing

    I had an awful experience with Jimmy Nicholds at Mike Ward Infiniti. After I inquired about the vehicle and received no response, the price of the vehicle was raised $1200 overnight. Jimmy was unresponsive and condescending. The vehicle was missing significant features that were listed online, and the only response Jimmy provided was "there's a disclaimer that says it might not be accurate." Jimmy was thoughtless and sent us off on the test drive without a license plate displayed. While purchasing the car, Jimmy pressured me into signing blank legal forms, as it was more convenient for him to have them signed before he filled them out. He had no regard for my discomfort in this situation, and rather brought another person to continue to pressure me into signing the forms. When he delivered the vehicle, it was very poorly washed, with the windows and body covered in spots. Absolutely would not return to this dealership.

    I tried to buy a used car for my Registered Nurse daughter who needs reliable transportation during Coronavirus outbreak. My first reasonable offer was not even forwarded for consideration. Its quite apparent this dealer is selling at top dollar to recoup its losses. Absolutely no customer service! Avoid this place, they have no heart!!!

    The vehicle brought to me for a Home Buying purchase had none of the features as advertised. I felt like the sales agent was trying to pull a fast one on me. The vibe i got was one of "oh i didn't know we advertised it with all those features". They put the same vehicle back up for re-purchase with the same features the car does not have. Just felt sketchy.

    While looking for a used G35 the vehicle I was looking for had sold. Salesman tried to locate one that had just been traded in and was unable to locate it. We walked the entire lot together.

    Mark War Infiniti - Fair market price for vehicles

    I was seeking a quality used car at a fair price. I had done a large amount of research on Acura MDX model SUV’s. I contacted Matthias Archil in reference to a specific vehicle. He quickly confirmed that it was still available and even took pictures of the vehicle and sent them directly to my phone before they advertised the vehicle for sale. Matthias allowed me to access to the service department so I could view the vehicle while they were performing some minor repairs. He introduced me to the used car manager, where we were able to negotiate a price based on some minor scrapes and dents found on the vehicle. They were able to have the vehicle ready for a test drive the very next day, and had all the issues rectified just as they had promised. I was able to leave with the vehicle that same evening with very little paperwork, they made the process very easy and quick. They also sent a glass company to my place of business to install a brand new windshield, just as they had said they would. They even managed to get me a better interest rate with my very own credit union. I want to thank Matthias and the rest of the team at Mike Ward Infinity, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used luxury automobile to work with them, they were great!

    Lies or an Identity Crisis

    Unfortunately this is a dealership that is either in the midst of an identity crisis, or is simply in the business of lying to customers. I went in looking for a used vehicle, enjoyed the test drive and how knowledgeable the sales staff were. Everything fell apart when we sat down to talk about price. At first there was "flexibility" in the price, and "flexibility" in the $800 dealership handling fee. Then the salesmen walks away for a few minutes, comes back, and magically Mike Ward Infinity has turned into a One Price Store and nothing is negotiable, I nearly got whiplash their story changed so quickly. This is obviously a lie because the price on the website did not match the price on the sticker. Until the identity crisis at Mike Ward is resolved I would very strongly recommend avoiding this dealership.

    I arrived late in the day to test drive a specific vehicle. I was greeted by Billy Garcia who assisted me with my questions before and during the test drive. I purchased the vehicle the following day. My wife and I are happy with the purchase of the vehicle. This is the third vehicle my family has purchased from Mike Ward. Billy was very helpful and professional during the entire process.
