    I bought a 2015 ford van over the internet. They picked me up at the Milwaukee airport and gave me a pleasant lift to the dealership. This was in early March 2019 and I had a thousand plus mile journey ahead of me. The installed new wipers, new tires, and gave me a full tank of gas.and even though I was anxious to hit the road they insisted on a 15 minute safety briefing on the vans controls and a weather briefing. I was able to avoid flooding on my route in part due to their concern. The van has been great and was priced great.

    Have your insurance agent run the VIN on any used vehicle. This will give you a accurate vehicle history. Did you know manufacturers buybacks can be lemon law branded In Wisconsin? Don’t expect this pompous dealership for all out honesty, after all listen closely. Be Smart and do your homework before buying ANYTHING!!! My father purchased a 2018 Ford Escape that was a manufacturers buyback-turned out to be branded(was marked on sticker in tiny box). In my opinion you took advantage of a 82 year old long time customer. His insurance alone went up $400 a year due to the vehicle history. He traded the vehicle in after 2 more trips to the shop in less than 6 months!!! Shame on you!!!

    Excellent sales team, as I purchased my second Ford Certified pre-owned vehicle from Mike Burkart Ford. All went smoothly. And, I received a re-imboursement in the mail,for an inadvertent charge that we all missed in filling out the paperwork. Good honest folks to work with.

    I bought a certified vehicle and a year later I found out the car had been in an acciden or had been damaged. This should have been noticed when the inspection was done before the vehicle was sold. The repair costs $2,600. I have not heard back from the manager after calling 3 weeks ago. Second, the battery died which cost $170 to replace. The vehicle was practically new, yet I’m having multiple problems. The car should overlooked this when it should have been noticed and disclosed.

    What a great place, no pressure sales and super price. They worked with me, didnt pressure me and sealed the deal! My salesman Jack McKinch was a great guy to work with, gave me what I was looking for in my trade and soo much more. Would go there again!

    We were looking for a van, found it online at Mike Burkart's. Because it's more than an hour drive we called and made sure the van is available. We were assured that van IS AVAILABLE and it's ok to come and purchase it. When we came, first, the salesman couldn't find the key, was looking for them all over. Than he brought totally different model of van. Than he called someone and turned out the van we were said was waiting for us was sold. No need to say that we were very disappointed, because we were ready to buy and drove for more than an hour just to find out that van was sold.

    I have driven 3 hours twice now to purchase a Mustang from this dealership. The first time the fella seemed uninterested in my business so I chalked it up to one sales person. The second time, this past Friday, I negotiated the price over email, filled out the online application at 1 in the afternoon. When i arrived at 530, took the car for a short 10 minute test drive and then sat down with the fiancé guy, Ed, expecting to purchase and take the car home, he hadn't started my financing and didn't want to try to do my financing at 6 pm on a Friday. Asked if I wanted to take delivery next Wednesday or Thursday? We agreed on Monday and they let us walk out the door without the car that I was prepared to buy and had brought $8500 cash with me for the down payment. I have fantastic credit and I'm aware of lots of dealerships that work with banks well into the evening closer to home. This morning I called and asked them not to run my credit because I would not be back. The lady who answered the phone said ok and hung up. No one has called me to follow up all day and see why. I am dumbfounded. My brother in law is in the car business and when we relayed the story to him he said he would fire both the salesperson and the finance guy. Maybe when your last name is on the dealership it doesn't matter what you do? Even if they didn't want to do the work, they could have locked me into this car by letting me take it home for the weekend. Needless to say I want to feel good about my new car and I don't think I would buying it from this dealership. It would always have that lame customer service memory looming in the background of my mind distracting from my awesome new car. So, back to the drawing board for me. I'm not sure I will be buying a Ford now or not but definitely not from this dealership.
