    Absolutely a great dealership

    First off this dealership is the best around my experience here was wonderful, the staff is very friendly, energetic, respectful, worked well together, and as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and helped right away. The cars looked properly cared for, maintained, and mechanically sound. I would highly recommend this dealership to friends just as well as my own family even. I meet most of the gentlemen that work here and they were all very respectful and nice to me. I will be going back the next time I need or want another car. -Ellie

    One week ago I was with my son when he bought a 2001 Ford Taurus with low miles from this dealership. He was pre-approved from his financial institution. While my son was signing the loan papers for his car I asked the salesman what maintenance was done on this car. This is where the lies began. He started saying that they do everything that is necessary to make the car road worthy or else the car isn't sole. My son finished his paperwork. I had a suspicion about the dealership so we immediately took the car to our mechanic for inspection. Within in two hours we were forced to return the car because the car was not road worthy. The entire bottom of the car was completely rusted out along with large holes in the cradle of the car. Also, the alternator was shot. When called the dealership to tell them that we were bringing the car back the response was that they needed to talk to their management about it and call me back. They never called back but it didn't matter because we immediately returned the car. The salesman was not very professional at all when we returned. He gave our check back and we gave him the keys. We tried to tell him wear the car was parked in the lot and he kept walking without acknowledging us at all. I would not recommend this place to no one at all. If you do take a chance on purchasing from here do the right thing and get the vehicle inspected because it may not only save you money but perhaps your life.

    I stay 1 hour away from mike castrucci I Icommunicated with jacob several times and he told me they had a truck in stock that I was interested in he called me that morning and told me he had the truck in stock I went to the dealership and looked for the truck in 30 degree weather to be told that the truck had been sold a few days ago
