  Bought a 2012 Highlander Hybrid from these guys a month ago. Right off the delivery truck the Check Hybrid System warning light was on. Turns out the code indicated a failed heating element in the sealed transmission. The code could not be cleared until the problem was fixed. It was first diagnosed in October, 2018. So the warning light has been on for almost 2 years, this dealer had to have known about it, didn't fix it or disclose the problem to potential buyers, and now I’m looking at a new transmission. Whatever you do, shop somewhere else.

  Contacted a few times about a Ford Ranger. Asked for a few more photos since I was coming from another state. Was told they would send them right over, never received anything after two attempts. Contacted the manager and they said they were waiting on a person's credit to come back and I would have to wait. I first inquired over a week earlier.

  Incredible service

  I walked in not wanting a large payment with not so good credit, I drove many cars over the course of about 3 hours, John was my salesman and was incredibly patient with my indecision. He pulled about a half a dozen of cars for me before I decided on the one I purchased. The finance Dept was incredibly helpful and I ended up with a much lower rate than I expected. They have a wide selection of vehicles as far as pricing, make and model, I could have left with a Ford Fiesta or a Bentley.. I’d recommend them to anyone.

  Bought a 2013 Lexus GS 350 yesterday from Raheem my sales person, he was GREAT!! Very knowledgeable and helpful in placing me in the veh that I came from INDY to purchase. Their cars are all CLEAN ,CLEAN,CLEAN!! I will be back when shopping for my next car. I recommend this used car dealer to anyone looking for a used high end car. No junk anywhere in the lot that I could see.
