    Amazing knowledge and skill, a saleswoman like Gloria Vinas are the ones that many dealers need, I know she will go very far, she is to be a manager or teaching all those who do not know the difference of cars, this is the second time I visit them, and we were impressed by the skill she has in detailing the menu of the car, the approximate that we were going to pay, the options we had, she really is a true professional.

    WORST KIA DEALER IN SOUTH FLORIDA!!!! DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!!! I purchased a 2019 Stinger from this dealership. At the time of the purchase, there was damage to the paint on the roof because the car had been sitting out on the lot for months. At the time I purchased the vehicle, the sales manager (Bijan Motiei) promised to have the part replaced and even wrote it into the contract that the dealership would replace the part. Over the first couple weeks, I called the dealership to get an update on the status, and despite calling basically everyday and leaving voicemails for Sales, Service and Parts departments, I never heard back from any of them. After a few weeks I went back to the dealership and spoke to Bijan in person. He assured me that the part would be ordered and sent me to the service department. I met with Mario and Dyango (the service manager), and they took pictures of the car and assured me they would get the part ordered. Another couple weeks, more phone calls, and still no response from the dealership. 3 months after buying the vehicle and no response, I went back to the dealership. This time I spoke to Angel in the Service department. Again, they took photos of the damage and promised to get the part ordered. Weeks after going (for the 3rd time already) to get this fixed, I can't get a response from anyone at the dealership. I left voicemails for Bijan (the manager who sold me the car), Angel (the service person who was ordering the part) and Michael Carozza (the general manager for service) and never heard back from any of them. It's been 6 months since I bought the vehicle and I still haven't heard back from anyone at Miami Lakes Kia. Absolute worst dealership in South Florida. If you need a Kia, literally any other dealer is better than this one.

    I did most of my negotiating and pre sales over the phone because of the distance! I worked with a team of great people, very friendly and outgoing! I searched all distances over cars.com, and this dealer had the BEST PRICE , on a fully loaded vehicle, brand new, not a left over model! Great selection, I will be buying all of my future vehicles from them, if I get the right vehicle for the right price of course! Thanks Celio Munoz at Miami Lakes Auto mall, and Thank you to the whole team over there, great Dealer!

    I drove 3 hours to purchase a 2007 Chevy 2500 for cash my deal was not to buy or pay for their forced gps service on a used paid in cash vehicle and it was agreed that I didn't have to pay for it on a 2007 used truck where I paid cash , then 2 weeks after my purchase the gps company emailed me about my service so I called because I wasn't supposed to pay for it so they cancelled it immediately and told me to contact dealer for full refund so I have called 22 times and left messages left 2 messages with the new finance manager and haven't received not one returned call I am due a $699 refund which I want immediately and on top of that there was a check engine light on which manager told me the vehicle passed an inspection check so on the way home transmission felt funny now 1 month trans has to be rebuilt with no and I mean no returned phone calls I have went above and beyond to make contact and all I get is the run around with different voice mails I am being forced to seek Elagabalus council on this matter!
