Very dishonest, not worth your time.
by surebuddy from Temecula, California | August 25, 2020

Advertised a car for a great price then added $2300 for a non-optional “protection plan“ that was worth about $600. disappointing to drive an hour for a rip off.

    Very poor business practices .
by Wilbur Torres from Mira Loma | August 22, 2020

When there to buy a 2019 car that was advertised for $1245.00 when the Manger show me the paper work the car price went up to 15900. They had added $2485.00 for extra stuff. My down payment of $3500.00 and the price the car with Tax , and License came to a total of $15900 00 to be fiancé. Which that would make the price $19500.00 for a car advertised for $12450.00

Bait and switch, false advertised price
by John from Los Angeles, CA | August 18, 2020

Heads up to everyone, they add a rip off $2300 add on pack for some paint protection, interior protection, some door edge guards blah blah. Things you don’t really need on a 10-20k car, if it was a Bentley or Rolls Royce sure, but a used Nissan…. not exactly. They do this to get you in the door then shaft you. Don’t buy here. Check the car good, they tried to sell me a so called “certified” car that had been in an accident. I pointed the damage to the salesman and he agreed and said we will fix it. First of all, cars that have had wrecks should not be certified and 2nd if you guys want to shove the car to someone, fix it before so its not so obvious. Seemed like very shady establishment, you’ve been warned.

    Don't waste it time
by Corin from Riverside, CA | August 15, 2020

Same as the other reviews, called and spoke with someone about a car advertised for 13K, went in looked at it went for test drive. Was going to pay cash and they told me the total was just under 18K. I could not understand how a 13K car would total at 18K. After all that time wasted they told me about a alarm system and other stuff that added up to 2800, that you can not opt out of. They should not be aloud to post an ad price on line then add 3K to it in addition to all the other fees. Big waste of time, especially when the sales reps and finance reps are arrogant and rude.

Don’t step foot in this shady dealer
by Mehdi from Riverside, CA | August 03, 2020

They tout their “lowest” prices in the area, but you’re really paying a fair/high price after they add a bunch of fees and security equipment that isn’t optional. $3,000 for just the security system that is useless when you have insurance. The security system is cheap and not worth it. It’s very overpriced. They also charge you for a thin sticker like guard for when you open the door. It’s not worth thousands. Never believe the price on this dealers pages. They are outright shady. When I want to buy a car I want to see the final price. Not a bunch of useless add one. Also they try to guilt trip you into buying. Saying that they need this to keep their employees fed. Pay them a livable salary and be a honest dealer! You’d make way more money if you had the final vehicle cost out front and be able to pay your employees. NEVER STEPPING FOOT IN HERE AND TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW TO AVOID IT!!! This includes my 50,000 followers on Instagram. I can’t even believe that the tried the “starving children” trick on me. Disgusting people.

BEWARE OF THE BAIT AND SWITCH
by kelvin from redlands CA | July 10, 2020

BEWARE OF THE BAIT AND SWITCH! I went here because they had a great advertised price on TrueCar.com for a White 2017 Frontier pickup. I setup the appointment with Dave from internet sales but when I got there they switched me to Rigo because Dave was “with another customer.” All was going well with our sales associate Rigo. Then it took a turn for the worse when we went to actually buy it. Unfortunately this is the classic bait and switch. One you go in they try to add an alarm for $2865! I said I didn’t need or want it but they refused to remove it. They offered a $500 discount but I don’t even want it. They said they add this to all their vehicles. I offered to come pick it up tomorrow to give them time to remove something I don’t even want. They said they don’t do that. I even got the manager to come out and speak to me directly but he said to my face “A buyer should read the disclosures and you will see we may do this.” So I responded with “what you are telling me is that buyer beware!” He nodded his head. I was lied to come in and they switch the deal on me. I had heard good things about this place but it seems it was by people who got sweet talked by a slick sales person. It is unfortunate we cannot get an honest dealing in Redlands. We’ll be careful of this place and be alert. Lesson learned the hard way.

    Awful, Dishonest, No Integrity
by Andy D from Fontana, CA | May 19, 2020

They flat out lied about the price that they advertised. Wasted my time, when they added some bogus dealer addition that was not on the ad. So really it was not at all what was advertised. This should be illegal, probably is, but they claim the asterisks in the add covers them. Bunch of liars. Won't ever come to this place again.

Fake pricing. Don’t believe the advertising
by JoeC from Fullerton, CA | May 16, 2020

I saw ad for the model I wanted and year. Price was great. Called ahead to see if car was in stock and confirmed price. Sales rep confirmed. Went to dealership drove 30 minutes. When I arrived test drive the car, ready to buy. They run my credit and collecr my information. They then come over with final price and it’s $3500 more because of dealer add-on, not on the sticker or the advertised or confirmed by sales person on the phone. Classic scam and I fell for it!! Don’t trust them. They keep advertising the same car for weeks now. Stay away! Unethical location!

    Awful and deceitful, false advertising
by Bait N Switched Customer from Anaheim, CA | May 12, 2020

Called during COVID to make an appointment to see advertised car. I confirmed over the phone, the exact car, VIN, mileage, certified, and price. Most importantly the price. When I arrive after driving an hour, take test spin and ready to go sign the deal, they tell me they have a “special security” package added on. Really? Not on ad or mentioned at any time until I’m easy to sign. How much? $3800 more. What? Really, no thanks. They intentionally advertised it, to draw people in and bait and switch. So unethical. Don’t be fooled. They are showing low price to suck you in.

    Dealership is no customer oriented!
by Robert Rivers from Hemet, CA | March 11, 2020

I have never been so disrespected by a dealer in my life. We went to this dealer looking to buy a vehicle and trade in our current vehicle. After looking at a few vehicles we found a vehicle that we like and start the finance process. As we are in the process of working a deal on the finance terms for the vehicle we see another sales person take the vehicle on a test drive with another customer then return and start working a deal with the customer for the same vehicle. I have bought 30-40 vehicles over the years for my personal use and my business, and never had a dealer allow two deals be worked for the same vehicle at the same time. The dealership had 30 vehicles of the same model, one of which was the same color and options. There is no reason for them to take a vehicle that has an active deal being worked other than to see who is willing to pay more for the same vehicle and making the dealer and sales person more money. I would in no way recommend this dealership to anyone.
